That intro speaks of effort you have put in..!! A great video for beginners.
Your videos have helped me learn and improve my car reviews. I'm very thankful that you share this knowledge. I hope our paths cross one day, so I can shake your hand and say thank you 🙏🏼
Super helpful as always man!!
Great video Alex! Super helpful
Bro, the license plate on your GTI is nuts!🫶🏻
I love that so many of these options are affordable and use gear that we likely already have
Def do not use Gaff tape on a car. He's incorrect, its not designed to peel off easily. Its used for its strong adhesive, strength, and heat resistance.
thanks for that video!!
Phone is so simple, and to admit I've never thought / tried that. Even the Rode II wireless mics taped onto the back get some wind noise for me on the Tacoma but, the phone I must try. Great video buddy, and the GTI is looking good nice setup with the new exhaust.
All valid solutions and tricks, have most definitely utilized each and every one haha. Well done on the vid.
Just got a Sennheiser G4 LAV mics and tried to get some audio. Had some problems with static coming from it. Any ideas?
Man you are like my school teacher.. I am learning alot from your channel,, new automotive youtuber here..thanks
Thanks very interesting!
The better the wind suppression (and high pass filtering native to the mics response curve), will allow for much better dynamic range and subtlety notes that are tough to pick up with the mud of the wind
This was awesome dude! Thank you so much
Cheers brother! Thanks for watching. 👊🏼
Does anybody know how to make that artifical camera shake at 0:16? Do you just get that by using keyframes ti move to picture up and down?
5:02 I thought this was wireless, are you using the lav or wireless mic in this one?
100% the biggest issue with my videos is not doing this. What to record and how to put it in my videos is my challenge. I have used my zoom H1n with a rode lav mic and that worked great!
how to set up 6:07 ? with Zoom and that Wireless=?
So with using a lav mic, does it not work using one connected to a iPhone and using the voice memo app?
Or It would have to be with a camera like your recording a video but strictly audio would get used from the clip?
That’s a great idea! If you have a lav that connects to your phone do that! I didn’t think of that 🙌🏼
@@TheCarCreative That was my initial thought, then run it to the back bumper.
Now I’ll definitely have to try!
Did it worked ? @RishMedia
What about Zoom h1n? 😢
cant believe im this early
5:00 what are the benefits of using the lav mic and the wireless mic? Or is it one or the other
Possibly less to tape? Lighter product, easier to maneuver or get into hard places. Not sure the reason I did this in particular 🧐
Thanks for replying, did you use both together?
My mic keeps peaking when filming the exhaust sound. Any tips?
I have a tip, if anyone have forza / any reputable car game they can use the audio from that and the best part is they can control exactly what they want in terms of revs etc
Or just record the actual audio from the car you shooting 🙃
Bro, Forza sounds aren't even close to be realistic... just use the real car
@@soundmoddinglawyer6367actually a lot of big car games do get actual recordings of the cars
First off great stuff. I love your channel. You have helped me a lot. I disagree with the last part of the video though. It's fine to do this with permission. You should ask first and give credit. Capturing high level audio takes time, practice, and equipment. Taking audio off another video is plagiarism and is just as bad as taking the video and posting it as your own. I'd say better advice is to purchase sound packs from the people who have taken the time to create them. Support your fellow creatives. Again great work, great content, but maybe change that last one up to not promote plagiarism.
