    Ingredients:
    1kg 1st Class Bread Flour
    180g Refined Sugar
    10g Salt140g
    Unsalted Butter
    500g Water
    1pc Egg
    **For the Sue Paste/Panit
    200g 3rd Class Bread Flour
    125g Superdough Shortening

    can the 1st class flour and 3rd class flour be substituted with all purpose flour? I didnt have any luck in making breads using 1st class flour

Its my first time to see your videos and all looks great ..i love baking ...I longed for a longtime to make Flaky Empanada.And i think this is the best way to make the dough Flaky.Chef I cant find here Bread flour or maybe i dont know what kind of Flour mga ginagamit nila dito ...anong substitute aside from Bread Flour?
