    Pwede siyang i bake pero hindi po makikita sa labas yung layers ng crust, makikita po ito kapag hinati na pero mananatili po na malutong yung empanada kapag binake😊
    pwede din kayo maglagay ng ruffles o ipit ipit sa panabi kaya lang mas malaki po tingnan kaya di ko na nilalagyan😊

    ingredients
    first dough
    500 grams all purpose flour
    1/3 cup butter
    2/3 cup oil
    3 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    150 ml. water
    second dough
    200 grams all purpose flour
    1/3 cup oil
    meat filling
    2 tbsp. oil
    400 grams ground pork
    200 grams onion
    1 whole head garlic
    1/2 cup water
    1 tbsp. sesame oil
    2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
    3 tbsp. oyster sauce
    3 tsp. sugar
    1 tbsp. liquid seasoning
    pepper and salt to taste
    2 tbsp. cornstarch +
    1/4 cup water
    Sauce
    800 ml. water (or stock)
    1 pork cubes
    5 tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tbsp. liquid seasoning
    5 tbsp sugar
    salt and pepper
    5-6 tbsp. cassava flour +
    1/4 cup water
    spiced vinegar
    300 ml. white vinegar
    1/4 cup sugar
    onion
    cucumber
    green chilli
    salt and pepper
