    Eto yung unang video mo na napanood ko way back 2020 and up until now pinapanood parin kita. Lahat yata ng videos mo wala ako pinalampas. Minsan nanonood ako hindi dahil gusto ko yung recipe, pero madalas dahil nalilibang ako.     Meron po talagang cook na di sumusunod sa measurement ng recipe. Same lang din tayo ninong. Na-appreciate ko ang explanation mo sa bawat pag luto mo pati ang process at kung bakit ganun ang sinusunod.

    Your tutorial is spot on! I always review several videos and recipes before deciding on one. Yours made the most sense to me. Your instructions are easy to follow and the result is spectacular. The only thing I will change in the future is to lessen the lard a little because the crust was falling apart in the frying pan. But even after a day the empanadas are still crispy and flaky. Thanks so much for sharing!

    Ang ganda naman ng itsura ng empanadang ito kapag lutu na! Yung proseso sa paggawa ng crust niya halos magkatulad sa paggawa ng laccha paratha. Actually gumawa ako ng empanada na layered pero ginamitan ko siya ng cutter kaya hindi nakikita ang layers niya. Ang galing ng pagkagawa mo ninong! Excited ako magtry nito!
