  • In this video I share a mindfulness exercise that is good for all ages, especially people who are young and if you have anxiety. It involves a mason jar, 3 colors of glitter, and water. If you don't have these items, a snow globe can suffice. Credit for this wonderful activity goes to Anne Poirier and her new book, The Body Joyful.

    So glad to see you back! Would love a life update along with the smoothie tutorial promised in the last video. Anything related to things that make you happy. Perhaps organizing, books you love, exercise or travel. Food is always fun. Can’t wait to check in and see what you come up with!!
