      Thank you. One tip make sure you end well this way we know when to open the eyes and go about the day. Instead of an ad that jars the senses awake.

      @@MindfulPeace this was great, you made 5 min go by seamlessly and so happy no imagery (I have aphantasia 👎🏽). It’s fascinating how some 5 min meditations feel like 5 hours and this one felt like 5 seconds. Amazing 🤩 many thanks 🙏🏽

    I have been using this meditation everyday for a week now. I had anxiety issues, i still probably do, a little. But with your voice telling me everyday that i can be light headed and centered, i have started becoming so. I can deal with situations positively. I have more confidence.

    I love this meditation, as a mother with a busy day, it's the perfect size to get it in to a morning before the breakfast orchestra starts or mids of my run staring ste the sea, like now. Thank you so much. You have a very lovely caramel voice.

    Great video! The only thing I think would improve the video, would be if there was a countdown to make you slowly aware of your surroundings and open your eyes, then announce your program.

      I just listened for the first time, and I will likely be listening often. My practices change frequently. I live with ADHD, so I searched for a short meditation, and this came up. I liked it so much that I clicked his link and signed up for his emails. It was kind of him to have the link separate from the meditation, and I thank him for that.

    I love this meditation because it's short, simple, calming and really helpful in having a good start. 🧡Plus the subtle but cheerful sound of birds chirping adds, to me, a sweet and uplifting element when listening on a cold fall or winter morning🌤🐦

    I love this meditation! I wanted something quick since although I've been practicing for a couple of years now, it hasn't always been consistent, and sometimes it's still challenging for me to completely focus. It seems quite rare to find a 5-min guided meditation without background music. I've browsed so many random meditation videos on TH-cam and often times there's background music that reminds me of unpleasant times, or makes me feel sad (even if the music is just classical or peaceful) and makes me feel emotional, which is the total opposite to how I actually want meditation to make me feel. I feel focus on breath and going inwards is so important yet any form of music in my opinion takes that focus away. That said I'm glad this video achieved the goal to take away my emotional cluttered mind and quiet the noise. The subtle nature sound effects blended in so naturally and felt as though I was outdoors in a peaceful paradise. Thank you!!!!! This is the best meditation video!

    This is great every time I come back to it. Gratitude. Love the way the world looks brighter and more beautiful as I open my eyes after meditation. Thank you for the birdsong as well. Connection with the natural world is such an important part of mindfulness in our present culture.
