- Join me for a full body Pilates Strength fusion class that focuses on building strength and muscle mass, burning fat and improving your coordination. This is a interval style workout with 10s rest periods that will allow you to catch your breath and prepare for the next move. All you will need is pair of medium dumbbells, a mat and a drink to stay hydrated.

really enjoyed this i sweated so much. i had to drop down to 2kg and 1kg for some moves. is it normal to be able to windmill on one side and struggle the other side. i can do 1 side perfect with light weight and the other side i struggle and can’t use weight at all 😂
Hi, yes that’s common. Windmills require a lot of hip mobility and strong obliques.
I always encourage my clients to start with bodyweight only windmills and gradually work their way up.
