- Join me for an upper body and abs focused walking workout to burn calories, help you reach your daily step count goal, strengthen your arms and flatten your belly. In this walking workout I am using a set of 1kg dumbbells but a pair of water bottles will work just as well.

The dumbbells I will be using in this workout are 1kg X 2, but don’t be fooled by the weight. Those shoulder will be filling it, I promise 😁

You are fabulous, but this one was a bit too slow and repetitive for me (especially moving side to side)...I love the walk and tone workouts but appreciate when the arm movements compliment the leg movements rather than be the targeted area. Also, it would be great if the warmup time did not count toward the total workout time (i.e., if the workout itself was a total of 30-minutes). I just prefer more steps/leg movements and faster paced:-) Thank you for the amazing walking workouts! I look forward to more!
