However, when I post clips, people are more willing to watch, and possibly watch the full video when they get home to their computer.

Jamie Raskin is a great politician and human being, intelligent, well spoken and dedicated. Still, you do not want only people like Raskin. Raskin is a human being with his own weak spots. In a diverse team does weak spots will be compensated.
You need people with similar dedication and morality but with different strong and weak points. In that case the team will be stronger than any individual. There are currently several democrats that fit this description. Different ages, different backgrounds, different races, religions and ethnicities, different operating styles, male/female etc.
Just to name a few: Moskovitz, Frost, Crocket, Garcia, Goldman, AOC, Lieu, Jeffries, Schiff, Porter, Swalwell, Omar, Pelosi and there are more.

Yes. To start, get rid of the filibuster; impeach (successfully) unqualified justices. Fix Roe versus Wade and bring in genuine and effective gun laws. Here in Australia, very few own a gun, and there are stringent laws controlling gun ownership. We do have some gun violence, but that is rare.

@@ColinWattershe probably would be a good pick for 2028, the question is would he want to run. He knows that we need strong good people in Congress. He passed up the senate seat because he knows where he will be if we can vote the Democrats into the majority again. One thing we have to do especially those of us in badly gerrymandered places need to get out and vote, talk to those that are coming of age to vote in 2024. Hopefully those of us in the deep red will have people to vote for. I'm in one of the places that often doesn't have a Democrat to vote for because we are often written off, so they can't get any help that they need, it really really sucks. I am hoping more young people get involved, and run for places in both the state and federal levels, even the county and city levels. I am 58 I have been in this fight as long as I can remember. It was either my mom or one of my babysitters that were taking me to protest, marchs and sit-ins when I was still in my stroller, I went to the first one on my own when I was 10. In just a few years they have taken away the rights and freedom's of people that were long fought for. A woman's right to privacy, that is what Roe was won on, a woman's right to privacy, it's about much more than just abortion. We are the only country in the western world that doesn't have anything in the constitution about a woman's right to privacy, and equality and all the same protection as any man. Why do you think, they are feeling like it's ok to throw a woman in jail for going to another state to have a abortion then when she comes home arresting her and putting her in jail, which has happened. Drs can't treat women that have had a miscarriage in a lot of states because it next to impossible to tell if the problem is from a miscarriage or a abortion. The Dr of course and understandably dosent want to go to jail which in many states he could, so they have to send the woman away or tell her to wait in her car until she's almost dead. Yes women are dying already, it's forcing babys that have been raped to have babies. There was a little girl over the summer that had a baby and started 7th grade this fall, that's not right. They have been stripping away the voting rights of people. They have killed most of the laws covering voter suppression and there are lawsuits of all to try to get the last little bit left , removed.

I love how the 14th Amendment is open to interpretation by courts and is debated. However, the 2nd Amendment is set in stone. America is a country gone insane.
Those gun freaks do not understand that the 2nd amendment is very much NOT about freedom to kill fellow Americans. *These idiot mistakes are mainly because we stopped teaching political science in public school. Then they are taken advantage of, for the sake of $$$$$.* FACTS: When the second amendment was drafted we had JUST left Britain, we were few and weak, no standing armies to defend our right to freedom. We were very concerned the big bully would show up, and ruin our hopes and dreams. People had guns, for hunting, and the provision was intended for US to "deputize" our farmers and hunters in the event of an attack upon our soil, specifically British. AKA THE COMMON ENEMY of our USA ideals/rule of law. As in "United we stand, divided we fall" phrase in the old protest song. Sadly we are currently very divided by the liars like Ronald Rump, and much destruction since 1983ish, when we stopped teaching folks about their own freedoms and their political POWER.

A judge should carry out their responsibility without fear or favor. If they can't, they should resign or be removed.
Judges only interpret the law that is written by politicians. Blame unclear laws that aren't specific enough and leave grey areas or nuance.
The constitution is very clear that the president is an office holder and has a duty to uphold, defend and protect the constitution, which clearly means support the constitution. Creating grey areas that don't exist is not the role of the judge. This decision was a cop out.@@vetinaris1297
