Anyone who does not think Trump has already won this is about to get a
very very rude awakening . All he has to do is keep not conceding (
that's all ) and no matter what the vote or the courts say this goes to
Congress in early January for a 1 to 1 States vote. What that means in
simple terms is each state gets 1 vote this is not a congressional
majority thing and if you have not looked at the MAP lately there are
only 13 BLUE states and there are 37 RED States. So DEMS would need to
get 13 of those RED STATES to flip parties and vote for Biden which you
know is not going to happen it would be political suicide for them.
Then after the RED STATES per the 12th Amendment vote Trump back into
office the Senate has to vote for the VP and Mike Pence holds the tie
breaker which is crazy to say the least. Bottom line ..... in a close
presidential race the republican candidate wins every time given our
countries current RED v.s Blue states make up if he or she refuses to
concede. Again it has to be close and then a refusal to concede and for
now they would win every time. Ask yourself why did Hilary tell Biden DO NOT CONCEDE? Because the fake polls were making DEMS think that they were going to win seats in the House and it was going to be a big blue wave but instead as it turns out people are fed up with all this defund the police and letting their cities burn nonsense and the DEMS lost seats in Congress .

You can't be half American because being American is a nationality, and you gave that nationality by being born in a certain place( or even migrating to a new place). You can be half of a race or in your case, if you live in both Norway for a time and switch up to live in America for a time, then you've got dual citizenship. But you're not half a nationality. That does not carry over when you've got two parents from two separate places in the world like being half white and half (insert race here), for example.

@Symbolic Non-Literal Ok 1) The media didnt call it. They made a mathematical Projection & even called it a projection. Even so... The State election officials Have called it.
2) 19 of the 20 suits have been rejected. Number 20 while it did invalidate votes, only invalidated 100 votes - not enough to Swing the state. And that suit wasnt even regarding Voter fraud, it was the states Interpretation of the law - so even the invalid votes arent fraudulent as they were fallowing the states direction.
The likelihood that this will make it all the way to the Supreme Court is Nill & even if it does legally Trump wont remain POTUS. What will happen is that the Presidential Line of Succession will be invoked till the matter is settled

There are issues here with 'the popular vote' (take a look at the Brexit referendum, for instance, which was decided by the slimmest of margins).
If the USA is to change its electoral system, I think you really should consider one that includes a form of 'Alternative Vote' whereby each voter can rank their candidate preferences (we had a referendum here on that a decade ago, but that didn't succeed in changing things).

If you go for a 'first past the post' popular vote system such as we have in the UK, you'll still be locked in a two-party situation that effectively disenfranchises all minority views. And it will swing back and forth forever.
