I'm not saying 45 isn't obviously guilty, but it's really, really dangerous to start declaring people "criminals" before they're convicted (especially as the US has defunded Legal Aid to such an extent that poor people already basically don't have a right to a trial. Something like 98% of federal charges are settled by plea bargain, because indigent defendants don't have the resources to mount a defense and so get threatened into false confessions by prosecutors who promise to lock them up forever if they dare exercise their right to be heard by a judge or jury).
If you're trying to defend democracy, threatening it from other angles is not a great way to go about it.

Judicial incompetence can’t get you removed from the federal bench. The only way any federal judge gets removed is by a 2/3 vote of the Senate.

I wouldn't be so sure. Even if convicted, it is still very much an open question of whether he will go to jail. On top of that there seems to be no restriction on a felon serving as President, and the GOP seems hell bent on electing Trump.

How is that a judge already found to have abused her judicial power in favor of the defendant is not AUTOMATICALLY recused?! The mere appearance of bias should disqualify her, and here her superiors have already rules she is biased and yet she remains judge of a case that is open and shut and extremely important. The system is broken.

The Constitution technically does not say he can't. Potentially he could be President in jail (house arrest more likely) running the country. Scary... I believe the Constitution needs updating: Amendment 14 should include President since the CO judge said he isn't an officer of the US. And an amendment that clearly describes what a President can and cannot do like pardon himself, like criminal actions warrants jail time and can no longer be in office ever. None of these things are in there. Just assumed. That's why he can dodge all of this.
