    I think you’re great Dr. Berg I’ve been spreading your gospel for the last year and a half it needs to be taken a step further we need to start teaching children this in school way before they ever have these problems with Insulin resistance thank you for all you do

    Started on 01.01.2021, 14 days later i am 5kg lighter, going for 10 more. No hunger, no cravings, combo with intermittent fasting 6/18. Very important: take electrolites! Feeling great, thanks Dr.Berg!

    I'm on day 5 of a strict keto diet. I will follow on for sure. Went into ketosis yesterday and I have some slight keto flu symptoms as we speak but I still feel good. Enjoying the process and what's to come 🤙😎

    Thank You, Love all of the information you provide. Have been passing it along. Did keto 10 months last year. Don't have weight to loose, just want to be healthy. Am healthy already, just believe everything I have read about ketosis and IF. Went off track in Nov/Dec am back and two days into IF 18:6, no snacks, black coffee in morning.

    Dark purple is my favorite color! Late last year I started with low carb, 16:8 fasting, balancing my morning time at the gym. Wasn’t seeing the color I wanted so for the first time I completed a 40 hour fast with the hope of restarting my 56 year old metabolism. Success into the purple! Now recharged to focus on 16:8, 2 meals a day, adjusting for more fat intake for slight hunger pangs. Adjusted gym workout to focus on weight loss first, reduced weights, more reps, with a splash of treadmill to get the heart rate up... better than coffee in the morning. Dr. Berg THANKYOU for the added guidance and motivation!

    Signed up and gonna try. Watching you live right now. Dr. B. Been sick this week bad cold...I started taking slippery elm on empty stomach w/l glutamine and milk thistle. Noticed the slippery elm helping remove fluids and then the bullet proof almond hot cocoa with the other vitamins including the sea kelp. Later early afternoon the wheat grass, Spirulina/chlorella, veggie solution, collagen 1,2,3,4,& 5

    I don't know how you do it Doc. I was just telling a friend of mine that I want to let go of my cheat snacks for atleast a month and maybe the stubborn fat I have left will disappear and then boom!     I just listened to my first audio lesson! Awesome motivational, inspirational tool! :) Lesson learned - Your body doesn't NEED carbohydrates. (Someone should tell my taste buds this...they're stubborn!) I need to remind myself that when I'm not consuming food for fuel, my body is burning it's own fat (once it works through all the junk carbs I've consumed).

    Ive been dipping my toe into keto, Ive also been doing IF and finding it super hard to eat more then 900 calories a day. With my work schedule my 16:8 schedule has to change with whatever my work schedule is. Yet Im sticking to it, no matter how crazy it is! I'm looking forward to starting this challenge so Im not just dipping my toe, yet diving deep, and hopefully i can get my caloric intake back on track as well. I was gonna have some sweet potato fries on the 12th since that is my birthday, but I think I'm gonna gift myself with this challenge instead. Lets do this everyone!!!

    Winter in Ohio is hard enough, let alone trying to heal "leaky gut", but my "comfort" foods are all the carbs, which is beyond challenging in cold winter months.
    So just started eating a mashed Avocado with squirt of lime juice & sea salt, roasted Pecans & intermittent/OMAD fasting, my weak spot is @3,4,5pm...
    so I need an accoutability partner, Thx Dr. Berg, I really needed this challenge!
    I need a "prize" at the end to motivate me too, lol!

    I have been doing keto IF for almost 3 months. I have lost 10 kilos! Now i have 10 kilos left to reach my goal weight of 55 kg. I had a 3 day break around Newyears that slowed me down a bit but i am really satisfied! I have learned to control my appetite a lot more without cards. I also eat some carbs such as lentils, chickpeas, pieces of fruit or a small spoon of honey for vinegret. Everyday i have 22 grams of 70% chocolate, at the end of the meal to change my taste. My top choices are avocados, eggs, chiken, beef, feta, parmezan and of course a huge salad with every meal. 😊

    I suffer from severe eczema and hypothyroidism. The doctor I went to was no help at all and just prescribed me with levothyroxine and told me to come every month for blood tests. The medicine made my hair fall out and eczema inflamed so bad that I have to cover almost every inch of my body and wear wigs. A med student told me that I shouldn’t be taking that kind of medicine and that I should start doing a keto diet and fasting. After watching your videos I’m starting to fast and doing a keto diet. Wish me luck y’all!

    In 2016 I went Keto for 7 months before having a carbohydrate meal. Got extremely lean. I just began an aggressive Keto type regimen on Jan 1, 2020. I plan to do it for 3 months, gauge my results and go from there. I may even take it further.

      Keto Krampus do you eat any carbs at all cos I am getting in about 45g at the moment for the nutrient dense stuff... blueberries/dark organic 85% chocolate/glass of milk. I feel strongly that there are ingredients in those three things that are excellent for me but I also feel that the wee bit of carbs that I enjoy are holding me back.

    Without any challenge, I’ve been doing that since 1 October 2019, without cheating. I’ve lost around 14 kg since. (Plus, I started “training” myself on August 2019 = around 10 kgs.)
    So, since August 2019, I’ve lost 24 kg. 🍾
    PS: I’m doing Intermittent Fasting as well and, now, 20-4 with a 40-44 hours no food fat once a week.

    I've been on keto for 10 months, no sugar, no carbohydrates, no snacks between meals. My weight loss is steady, I don't get hungry and my digestive problems are much better. 🙂

      Eggs can be the most of your foods & then supplements with electrolytes until your tastes buds have adapted. You may increase your ability to work harder, make enough money for your needs 💪🦹🏻‍♀️

    Actually, it becomes easier and easier to follow the diet because you forget to eat. Just like that. Yes! This is my own experience.
    No sugar at all; no refined flour (white bread, cookies etc). Just that should be enough to reach smoothly without cravings the ultimate IF i.e. one meal a day.
    For 60 years I have been battling with bad stomach, bloating etc, pains in the back and the joints.
    Two years freedom and relief.
    (I hope you understand my English.)

      I've been doing a low carb keto diet and I'm averaging 40 carbs a day. Just remember carbs are just about everywhere. I've lost 8 pounds in two weeks but I have a hard time consuming more than 1400 calories per day. Good luck in finding enough low carb foods to eat and get a decent amount of calories.

    Drop 20 pounds since the 1st of Jan. Keto works well. 48 years old I even notice my eyesight has improved more energy sleep better.
