These are the 4 mistakes to avoid- 1.Dont tuck your elbow too much while doing behind the neck tricep extension, to avoid shoulder injury( skip to 01:19 ) 2. while doing skull crushers dont tuck your elbows too much try to stay in a comfortable range in motion.(skip to 04:26 ) 3. while doing cable pushdown don't lean your bodyweight on the bar and don't. only your elbows should move to do the motion.( 06:45 ) 4. while doing overhead cable extensions dont lean forward too much. only use your elbows to extend the cable. ( skip to 08:40 ).

So, I truly admire your content and I’m a huge fan of yours. But, I think, the most effective exercises there are for any muscle are the ones where the weights travel in a straight line perpendicularly from the ground. For example, when we do the overhead triceps extension the weight moves in an arced direction. At first we surely get the most out of the poundage we rep, but quarter to the finish point the dumbbell moves horizontally at the top, thus making it an incomplete range of motion. So, I would rather prefer Tricep Presses and tricep pushdowns above any other exercises for the Tricep brachii. Correct me, if am wrong. Thank you, sir.

Even i don't feel comfortable with elbow inside at these exercises and then everyone around just force me to put then inwards. Moreover someone will come and start to keep holding my elbow inwards and say ab karo. Then after they leave them and automatically or naturally if my elbows come to their comfortable and natural position,they laugh or smirk like galat kar raha hai ,iski tou body bnne se rahi. Though i always get positive results for the natural positions. I just hope someone like him come to our gym one day
