    try this intense leg workout.
    shot with my friend Ranjeeet singh
    warmup
    1) Wide stanz squat (140kg, 12 reps) superset with front squat (100kg, 8 reps)
    3 warmup sets, 2 working sets. drop seet on the las front squat.
    2) regular squats (100kg) superset with leg press, close feet, superslow negative and positive (2 plates only, 4 reps)
    3) leg extensions, 3 sets, 15 reps.

      @@panic9721 Bro soreness means you have pushed your body beyond your limits so you will probably avoid the gym for the upcoming few days. Instead don't go to your limits so that you can workout everyday. Consistency over Intensity always.

    Correction: Soreness after 12-18 hours comes bcos of muscle breakdown/microtears . Lactic acid builds up as an end product of aerobic respiration leading to immediate fatigue and burning, its momentary as it is washed off with other metabolites.

    Leg extension 120( full weights machine )
    Revese curl 120 ( full weights hai)
    Lunges avoid krta hu
    Calf raises free bhi krta hu aur
    Weight kam rkh KR 50kg Jada see Jada
    Free squats 20 ×3 set for warmup

    PR check nhi kia hu

    absolute beast of a workout.
    Ive had a lower back injury couple of years ago and i have a very weak lower body. as a result i can bench press atleast 70-80% of my body weight but i feel like I'm failing to do squats even without weights.
    Please help

      Lie-down in the floor with legs kept high on a bench, make sure the gym is ventilated. The idea is to get blood flowing to your head. You'll be fine in couple of minutes.
