Try the Sahaj Samadhi Meditation by Art of Living. Anxiety and panic will leave you and run far far away. I have greatly benefited from it and after doing it iam able to experience why mindfulness is just the portico of meditation

Wow It’s amazing how we can heal ourselves mentally. When I was younger I thought mental health was a trivial thing, something that anyone can just shrug off. I thought I would never get mentally unwell. However now (I have a job, moving out, started uni) I realized that I can’t do any work nor make progress in my current life because of anxiety, nostalgic depression, phobias, general pressure, severe procrastination, etc. So now I’m trying to be a bit more gentle with myself. Be gentle with yourself. Don’t force yourself to think positively, it must come with ease. I made a bad choice to repeatedly force myself to be happy and optimistic. It doesn’t work and will pull you down. And make sure to do something you love every day, it makes things a bit more bearable I’m now trying meditation because I find that I can get drained really quickly (the pondering about daily events and my nostalgic sadness kills me) Thank you Headspace for contributing for making the day a little better. I always come to headspace whenever it gets hard. Especially, quarantine sadness. I have never felt this out of control. Thanks to headspace. Literally keeping me away from frenzy.
I just love this for several reasons: no spooky music. He doesn't tell you to focus on each part of the body, or count the breaths, which can be so distracting because you're always at a different pace than the narrator; and his voice isn't fakey and woo-woo - just simple speech.
I have been sending a lot of people to watch these instructional videos. These are people with Fibromyalgia and other chronic pain issues. It has helped a lot of us learn to quiet our pain and focus, if only for a little bit, on something other than what hurts at the moment. It has been extremely helpful when "pain-somnia" takes hold. Helps to bring the brain back from being so overly stimulated that there is no way on earth one is going to sleep. I would recommend this to everyone and anyone that has pain issues. It may not relieve everyone's pain, but it helps to bring things into a new perspective!
I honestly can't overstate how amazing these have been for me, I'm juggling a full time job and a part time degree and these have been so good for me when I'm feeling overwhelmed which has been a lot lately. My advice to anyone is to give yourself moments like these and not rush them. If you're feeling overwhelmed the body needs that space to rest, thanks again Headspace I'm sure you're helping a lot of people :)

This is one of the most legendary guided meditation voices ever. I remember this voice from before guided meditations were everywhere you looked online. I had to download some course. I was expecting some spiritual guru or like a Dr Wayne Dyer so it was weird at the time. But he’s literally born to do this.

My friend texted me all panicked saying she’s having anxiety and her tryphobia was acting up and since we are in quarantine I couldn’t really find a way to calm her down so I am just sending her a bunch of headspace videos to try to help 😔
My year (2021), like so many people has been , well, shit. Husband of 21 years died. Dog diagnosed with inoperable liver cancer, sold the house, bought a new on, moved ,needed $11,000 worth of repairs inspector didn't find, began seeing a therapist ( brilliant move on my part), had to learn to be one again, etc. Found headspace on Netflix actually and thought, "What the hell, nothing else has clamed my find. It's working. Still a work in progress but feeling so much better. Therapist is also helping.
This is just amazing..since everything I’ve been though this has been helping me! I’ve been doing meditation since 2018-2022 nearly 2023! I definitely recommend

So I used head space in 2018 to get through a really hard time in my life ... and it makes me alittle sad that I’m back here again in 2021 using headspace again for almost the same reason .. but honestly Im so grateful for it and I know I should be using it all the time not just when I’m feeling down. I like the dead silence and only hearing a voice. Easier to focus without music and its so simple to follow. It helps you feel clear and less cluttered with details/ overstimulation.

that really helped, i was feeling very stressed and overwhelmed today, I did this alongside some tapping and I feel a lot calmer. i would say to those who have anxiety, listening to andy's voice with some tapping really helps bring you back to a place where you can breathe again.

I first encountered Headspace in Netflix. At first I wasn't really into meditation but because of my current partner who is the epitome of all negative things in this world, I was compelled to do this. I want to know if it has an unconscious effect on me. I will do this everyday.
