Exactly my thoughts. Why wouldn't I just sell it at an outpost? Unless I was doing that shrine over and over again like he said in the video I probably wouldn't do this.
For example if you want to stack fotd but you know there is multiple tryhard galleons on the server then you can switch servers without losing your ritual skull

This is a way you can get grade 5 servants and guardians, fight someone and if you lose you keep your loot without the risk of losing it, and if you win keep the flags. Diving down to the mermaid statue will take way less time than re stacking after every loss.
Driving to an outpost would be quicker than bringing flag to shrine swimming down then returning to the same shrine. Just goes to show the Devs are doing their jobs patching everything it's been fun guys no more good exploits
i dunno, since the exploit is being able to take loot to other servers it's basically the same as the one where you bury loot on an island but more tedious. it would make for a great screenshot since you can use it for stacking high value items or raid specific ones, it would take a while but you could use this to make pop up mine fields with kegs. if you can stash quest items than you could stack skull of siren song, however i'm unsure if it gets a boost from emissaries. if you can dupe the stuff it'd be a contender for most game breaking, if you can store storage crates than i guess you could safeguard cursed cannon balls. maybe this will become more relevant in a future season or when guilden voyages come out, this was just food for thought

I'm not a loot goblin, but I could see this being useful for special items like Horns of Fairwind, Tridents (PvE or fun PvP), Skulls of Destiny (uncontested FOTD), Ashen Windskulls (for fun PvP), and Mega Kegs
This is a massive waste of time lol and completely useless for hourglass. Worried about sinking and losing your flags? Just sell them after each fight. You usually reach emissary rank 5 after the 2nd fight.
I don’t think this is an exploit. It has been in the game since season 4 with portal hopping and it’s very well known among sot partners and such. Also this wouldn’t help with HG, you get grade 5 after two wins so may as well just sell the flags instead of storing them.
I don't think anything is going to happen to it, I started to try to do this and each time I finished a Treasury and came up there was a server merge the first 2 times, if this wasn't a feature meant to exist I would have wasted 2 treasuries worth of time bc soon as the server merged I would have lost my loot.
The most worthless strategy I’ve ever encountered. Literally getting loot selling and diving while still keeping emissary grade is way faster and more convenient no matter what content is being done as long as you are on a captained ship and selling to sovereigns.
I think this would be most useful for raid voyages and keeping the big money loot for gold rush. People used to do it via burying it but it got patched.

They patched it to be every other, and with today's patch it's completely gone :/.. I hope there's some other good exploit that arises that's good for all companies. Or even a new voyage that just gives more high tier loot. The Gilded Voyages made me really want them more often.

Not usually, it’s guaranteed a grade 5 for 2 battles. This exploit is pointless for hg.

A exploit to get loads of supplies is just diving to outpost get lots of chainshots and cursed balls

It is a fantastic feature for stacking raids though, good find.
Im gonna stack chest of fortune, chest of legends and ashen wind skulls and get them back at golden hour
