Here is an exploit maybe worth looking in to? Requires 2 people and a bit of setting up. - You can get the burning blade sword to the shores of gold tall tale island if you are holding it while on your mast ladder. - Then you can have a checkpoint for the last chapter of the shores of gold, take the sword to the gold hoarder and it kills him very quickly, about 1 minute. - Person who has the checkpoint needs to log out so they don't lose it. Once the gold hoarder is dead, log back in, put the voyage back down, use the terrain clip exploit to get back to the vault, repeat. - The voyage completion gives 8,000 gold and the skull 10,000 gold.

Could you just stack a bunch of keys and a few crates for a while they spam the quest and rush the sunken ships for the loot and manifest or would that be less efficient

The best merchant exploit is actually just using the blunderbomb glitch to have everyone on a galleon buy an unfathomable amount wood and fruit crates and then sell them all. On community weekend you can get from 0 to 500 in about 3-4 hours

Y’all instead you should go to rapier cay after raising the emmisery and than the captains vault will 100% of the time be pointing somewhere on rapier cay

That disappearing shipwreck glitch has been in the game since they launched Lost Shipments. At this point, it's a feature because there WAS a glitch where the ship would spawn, but there would be NO loot in the shipwreck. Makes me think the devs management has its priorities mixed up.

Then what get burned from the game, just play the game normally and enjoy your time do not push your self

Man, i've tried the previous exploit and i'm seeing this one is very similar, but theses are way more slower than just making the first clue respawn until you get a key and start again, as I saw in a comment, your method require saling and to a solo sloop make the exploit way less profitable

person who suggested this exploit here - I've found this is also a very good way to get Bone Callers, fish, and cooked meat consistently (or to fish for Wreckers)

Just be aware that if your trying to level up the individual treasures sold to gold hoarders milestone, any loot gained from the vault WONT count. Example if your pirate or ship sold 12 captains chests before doing a vault and then got 5 from a vault it will still say you or your ship only sold 12

i saw you hadn't covered a fairly well known merchant exploit yet - if you sit on square W23 next to Ashen Reaches and vote up ashen merchant medleys and cancel them until you get one going to ashen reaches then repeat you can spawn multiple shipwrecks right beneath you with fairly good rates. the wrecks do despawn if you cycle too much though so it's good practice to check each time, this is also a VERY good way to get bone callers and fish or cooked meat

Burning Blade out of place in Melee Island? dude this thing is the most close to Le Chuck's ship there is, and it has been parked on Melee Island several times in the Monkey Island saga

With the SoSS, you will only respawn close if you sink and NOT scuttle. You could ram an island or set your ship on fire. Any way to sink your ship without using the scuttle feature and it will work.
