    Awesome as always. One main reason to replace the oil cooler seals if you are still thinking about it, is that the internal seal allows coolant into the oil (which is possibly why your oil was milky).

      Thanks! I though about that, but the previous batch of oil was not milky. I am 95% sure the milkiness comes from the first start when the engine sucked the water that came through the ICV into the cylinders. I will run the new oil for a couple of heat cycles and recheck.

    Love your work! Have you set up the balance belt tension with a belt tension gauge or using the 90 degrees twist trick?

      Thank you! I used the twist method, it has served me well over the years. I have a krikit gauge, but have never used it.
