I’m laughing and crying at the same time! It looks like this was filmed in 2017 or 18 and now it’s 2023 and my Walmart doesn’t look anything like yours! Not only have the prices quadrupled but there’s nothing left on the shelves, and trying to buy fruit and vegetables, we’ll your lucky if there’s three bunches of broccoli on the shelf and what is left is wilted! I’m just amazed at the beauty of that Walmart that you’re in during the filming of this video! It’s amazing what six years can do and how so much has changed in our country!
Keep up the great videos, and so glad I stumbled across them this year!👍

unsweetened nut milks are available. My local store does carry the sweetened almond milk, but I travel to the next(larger) town and find the unsweetened variety readily available. My local store has become "for emergencies only" they carry a very limited and expensive selection of produce. It takes a lot of planning, but I do my grocery shopping once a month. select produce I can use before it goes bad and then select produce that freeze well. speaking of that, I have a couple heads of cabbage I need to take care of... make veggie eggrolls(will be baked) to go in freezer, slaw to use within the next couple days and some with a vinegar brine to last out the month, and cook some for today and tomorrow. See you later I have to get moving!

What it's the healthier way to have chocolate milk??? Sometimes, I like to have a big glass of cold chocolate milk instead of a food dessert at the end of day.

I love frozen bananas and unsweet vanilla almond milk in a blender. I sometimes add a few frozen peaches or a little stevia to it. Is really yummy after dinner or an evening snack. Satisfying. If I add cocoa it keeps me awake.

Greek Yoghurt by Fage is 100% natural if you can get it.
Btw. Some popular yoghurts for children are terrifyingly unhealthy.

As usual with food advice, there is some controversy . Remember how they told us cholesterol was bad for us and we (almost) all ate less eggs and meats? Well, that advice changed when they discovered that dietary cholesterol didn't affect body cholesterol. So much for 'expert' advice, huh? Organic? Some yes, some no. If you remove the peel, etc, organic is not much, if any, better. Mushrooms? VERY nutritious. Almond milk makes me gag. Just because it's white doesn't make it milk. It is the liquid from squeezed nuts. A lot of his advice is based on his personal tastes. He didn't mention, when looking for fish, AVOID fish 'preserved' with STP (sodiumtriphosphate). I take Deron's advice as general, and it is generally good.
