    I did this for the first time today. I loved it. I’m 73 and can not walk or stand without assistance. I found this regime invigorating and I will see you tomorrow!

    Joined Deron December 3rd, 2016. Still doing it. It was and is so worth it. Lost 30 pounds, My horrible Sciatic pain is gone. Balance improved. Thank you so much Deron.

    Recovering from hip surgery and I have learned WAY More from watching these videos than from ALL of the therapists in THREE facilities and several that have been visiting me from Home Health here at home♥ Many thanks young man♥ Lynn

    I have done the exercises for 3 weeks. I can now touch my toes. I enjoy the exercises so much I'm doing them twice a day.THANK YOU FOR GETTING ME MOTIVEATED.

    I saw your core exercises in a chair and can't find it. But until I do I'm starting with your Chair Exercises for Seniors. I used to be fit but have become overweight and do very little exercise for the last few years. I want to go back to my normal weight and being fit. My trainer daughter hooked me up with a diet app and I'm starting exercises with you. You are positive and upbeat without making me feel like I'm at the gym! I love it.

    Thank you Deron! I love these exercises! I am 82 yrs old and recovering from Heart Failure. My Dr. wants me to exercise daily. I have been doing some of these. But, working out with you makes it easier and more fun!

    I'm so grateful for this video. Moving has become more difficult for me and I knew I couldn't start with a regular exercise routine. This is just the right thing. I'm doing it everyday. I love the end relaxation part, especially when the beaver comes swimming toward us. Thank you Deron.

    Thank you for the positive vibe of your video. I am having trouble exercising due to some limitations but was able to complete the whole thing. And the relaxation at the end was a wonderful surprise.

    I am only 61-years old but have Parkinson's disease and experience a lot of painful dystonia. I tried your routine today for the first time. I think I can do this with modifications.

    Awesome wkout for knees that aren't working as well as they used to! Really appreciated the relaxation piece... needed that deep breathing and calling thoughts to start the day and to just get me in the right frame of mind to get more active and to MOVE! THANK YOU!

    Thank you! I just had a stem cell transplant which included tons of chemo. Lots of muscle atrophy due to disease process. Thanks for posting exercises I can do and thank u for positive vibes. U make me believe I can get better!

    I thoroughly enjoy your videos. I think they are helping me become more active. You have a lovely home. You think maybe you could record some of your exercise videos outdoors? In one of the videos you have us imagine walking in the sand along the shoreline. Wouldn't it be great if you were actually on the beach?
