    1. Is now a bad time to talk ? Instead of have you got a few minutes to talk.
    2. Is this a ridiculous idea if ……
    3. Are you against (paying for them now )
    4. Have you given up on ? The most effective restarted for ghosters
    5. How am I supposed to that ?
    6. You’re offer is very generous, I’m afraid it just doesn’t work for me
    7. How are you is a temperature check ? You respond it sounds, like you have a place to start
    8. When someone asks a question , what makes you ask ? Upward reflection.
    9. Seems like you have a good reason for not doing that (when people are failing to perform )
    10.

    -Have you given up on x? To restart.
    -Is this a bad time to talk? Tunes them in.
    -Does it sound ridiculous if we did x?
    -Are you opposed to/against x? Getting NO, but it’s a yes.
    -How am I supposed to do that? Response to first hearing the pricing, causes many to drop price by themselves.

      Well, yes. Yes it is.

    I am looking at some of this advice and promoting the channel because lots of new business creators have zero experience in sales and marketing and can spend years making common mistakes and loosing money.
    The former FBI agent side of the equation is a little less useful to me because they have to deal with radical violence. Nothing wrong with being assertive.
    I do appreciate the level of protective service these people provide and if in some small way a thank you helps this man in this new career field gain success and teach others I am all for it.
    He draws a lot of ideas from the manifesting or positive mental attitude side of the equation, because that is who we are, creators.
    Nice channel.

    • @AlSwearengen4
      @AlSwearengen4 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      I've got Asperger's too. They're not games. They're concepts which account for the perspective/interest of people you're dealing with. They become second nature and have served me better, in many cases, than my default modes of thinking and communicating.

    • @sandwichgroper
      @sandwichgroper 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I don’t have Asperger’s diagnosis but I feel the same way about this as you. However, it helps to know what kind of mind games these sorts of people will try to play, so you can more easily recognise what they are trying to do.
      This may or may not be a coincidence, but I find that the ‘unlikely’ responses this guy identifies are exactly what I would say (and do say) in these situations anyway. Eg: ‘Is this a bad time to talk?’ ‘Yes’
      I don’t care if people think something is a ridiculous idea, or whatever. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is. I never check my email anyway because I don’t like getting emails. YES, it’s a bad time of day.

      I only commented because that’s how I honestly feel. Don’t take it personally.
      As an aside, if you are trying to convince someone that your point of view is valid, telling them that they just aren’t on a high enough level to understand you is unlikely to make you successful. It is also a terrible argument from a logical standpoint.

      - **HALf:** Hard, Annoying, and Lame. This denotes deals or negotiations that are difficult, frustrating, and not worth the trouble. It suggests that negotiators should avoid these types of engagements as they are less likely to result in satisfactory outcomes.
      By using these frameworks, negotiators can prioritize their efforts on opportunities that are more likely to yield positive results while minimizing the time and energy spent on less promising negotiations.

    This is not magic. This is a guy who is extremely petty about every transaction, and keeps score on all of it. Not a friend indeed. Only a friend in need. Yuck.

    This stuff is car dealer 101, we’d wipe the floor with you, all of these one liners only work on a person that’s interested in your product or service.
    Your product is confidence in a bottle, like all bottles, they empty. No idea why TH-cam brought me here.

    Why would I believe someone who’s been a government employee on the topic of negotiating!? It’s the most laughable thing Iv ever heard of! They aren’t known to negotiate for anything! Thanks I’ll find someone who spent their career in the free market where you don’t get one red cent unless you reach a mutually beneficial agreement with your trading partner.

    How about is this a good time to talk? I am no expert negotiator by all means - but isn’t using the word « bad » gives a subconscious command that it’s…bad ?

      I would imagine if you ask if it’s a “bad” time to talk and say “no” then really a good time.
