Oats have phytic acid over them, which makes them hard to digest and absorb, while phytic acid also blocks absorption of some imp. Minerals, so it is recommended to soak Oats overnight, before consuming in morning,,,you can search more about the correct way of soaking Oats & about phytic acid on Google 👍
I would suggest not eating outside food like you are saying the "THE RESTAURANT FOOD" They should be like your cheat meals. If you eat at home you could just Literally choose all the healthy items that you want to eat where as the outside We don't have much options.
