    Ive followed the following for 3 months now
    - no bath after meal
    - no water before after meal(most difficult)
    - fennel seeds after meal(not regular practice)
    Amazing improvement in digestion following these 3 only. Trying to plan out and follow other steps as well as I now have much more confidence in what he says.

      Yes ...no water after 45 minutes of meal is too difficult becoz I feel instant burning sensation after meal hence I drink water after 20 minutes of meal

      @@oldfriend916 I don't know what your religion is but I would suggest you to take help of any mantra at your initial stages of meditation or you can say AUM while meditating don't think it as a religious word or something just think at as universal sound. While saying AUM do it like this aaaaaaa-uuuuuu-mmmmm and feel the vibration in your stomach chest and head respectively this will help you a lot trust me✌️🙏☮️

    Have been practising Vajrasana for the last 2 weeks after all 3 meals. It's MAGIC. No matter how heavy a meal you've had, it will vanish in 5-10 mins.     Summary - Digestion Habits
    1. Don’t Bath after meal
    2. Don’t Drink water after meal
    3. Wrong food combination
    (Milk+fruit, tea + salty food, tea + food, cucumber raita, milk daliya, banana, mango shake, vegetable post sunset, eating too many dry fruits at once, fast food on regular basis )
    4. Eat fresh fruit and vegetable before lunch.
    5. Don’t prepare meal in bulk and store in fridge. Eat fresh food.
    6. Don’t make urself in stress
    7. Give yourself break from social media and work time to time
    8. Make Fixed meal timing
    9. Eat slowly, Chew food properly, 32 times.
    10. Keep changing food. Bring variety to your plate.
    11. Eat probiotics (Curd + Jaggery गुड़)
    12. Eat Ghee, (2-4 spoons a day)

    Fit tuber is by far the best . Vivek, you speak exactly upto the points and skip unnecessary talks as in other videos. One more useful thing I notice here is he never deep fry any of the dishes but instead uses one or two teaspoon of ghee only. And the he explains about the usefulness is so clear . I am fan of this channel.

      Any ghee made through the traditional bilona method is original. Far better if the milk is originated from a desi cow.

      Gajendra Rajput nai bhai saala farzi cream ghee hai ...cow ghee should be made from butter..that extracted from curd (cow milk) .

    Man! Can I say how much appreciate you sharing all of this? There has been so much misleading when it comes to fitness industry and health care in general which personally has made me very skeptic over the years. This makes sense. I am having poor digestion, severe under eye bags, lost a bunch of hair on top even though I have issues such as DHT due to genetics(but it feels enhanced for poor health care) and bad skin, not able to add muscle even after working out for years, etc. I will follow what you have mentioned! Thank you!
