I also add caramel turtle ice cream, with the maple & brown sugar oatmeal and its fire! Its nice and smooth too. Granola ground into a powder is good also, especially the ones with the nuts and honey. when you get bored with the taste add some strawberries, strawberry syrup around the glass and replace the ice cream with some strawberry cheesecake ice cream. I've made all kinds, I just make sure to keep the peanut/almond/cashew butter, some kind of oatmeal, milk and a banana. Let's get thick yaw!
