@1wide7 Our tuning does not require the use of any other cables in order to unlock or tune the ECM on 2017 trucks. 2018 Ram trucks on the other hand do require the use of an "unlock cable" and other tuner's tuning for 2017 trucks may require a J39 cable which would plug in under the hood.
I'm not very knowledgeable on tuning, however I have recently purchased a used 2018 6.7 dodge. Previous owner deleted the truck and although I can't adjust any dials, I believe there's currently a program tuned on this truck. Would I be able to "re write" a new program over what's currently installed?
@steveezard8859 Yes! you would most certainly be able too write another tune file over the existing file. However, all of our tuning is emissions in-tact tuning which will not work for your truck since it is deleted.

Will the 50 state legal tuner work well if I have the Banks cold air intake, boost tubes, intercooler and monster ram?

It has the potential, if returned to stock before warranty work, we have not seen a voided warranty.
