Yeah that's rare you achieved the planchet before the handstand. I'm a g with handstand push up and can do a.lever but i can't hold it very long . But I can't do a planchet. I'm almost there though. I'll probly achieve the planchet in lime a month

I remember how I learnt the handstand… . I wanted to do a handstand on a skateboard - there was only one minor issue with this plan: I couldn’t do a handstand on the ground 😂😂. So I basically just started trying. Every day. For about a year. And then it worked. I must have done something like 2000 attempts before it worked, and during that time I discovered everything Andry talks about the hard way. Wish I had had his video. Maybe it had taken me only 1000 attempts 😂

Wonderful tutorial. Is there anyway to learn handstand without the chest to wall progression. It’s terrifying for me. I practice but I’m terrified of falling forward. I can do all other progressions until a straight chest to wall. I’ve been practicing for 3 months now.

Training for planche 2 months already here, was trying out the handstand last year. The big similarity is getting used to squeezing the glutes and also protracting your back. I still can't get used to the back, since I'm arching it for a lot of other gym exercises.

I am excited because of the steps that you give in the instructions in the video. It’s almost like a work out cannot wait to start. And hopefully I could tell you about my success. You forgot a major fact. You MUST use your fingers to balance. While in handstand try to press and squezee the floor, imagine that you have a ball in your hands and you must squeze it. This is gonna make sure that your body will start to move back(Where the belly is) and by pulsing this movement you are able to balace. It worked so much for me.
