    Well, I'm quite amazed by the mere simplicity of this video.
    1) Ek to, poora hindi mein hai.
    2) Duration of learning 7 din, ek hafta nhi balki actual waqt bataya hai, 4 months.
    3) Har step detail mein hai, prevention of injury ke saath.
    4) Koi faltu ka showoff ya video extend krne k liye faltu bakwaas nhi ki gayi hai.

      @@saranggujarathi4257 I didn't feel any back pain in begining, before hand stand I can do arch very easily so may be this the main reason of not getting any back pain. If u feel back pain then do some exercise before doing hand stand.

    Back here after 8 months
    I was 15 when I started learning
    I was able to hold a 10 seconds handstand after 2 weeks
    **i was already in a good shape, i had good core and upper body strength from the beginning
    The 2 weeks were mainly to learn to balance and gaining a little forearm strength
    I stopped practicing after a month when I could hold 25 sec handstand, I did do a few maybe once or twice a week just so I don't lose the skill.
    When schools reopened I had to focus on my 10th icse boards(which got cancelled btw) so my handstand dropped from 20+ secs to 7 secs
    With few days of practicing I could recall my muscle memory
    Now I'm 16 and I'm able to do handstand push-ups, L sit to handstand and few other slightly advanced handstand combos/variations..
    Good luck to everyone trying to learn this skill

    Until now I was touching my upper back against the wall which gave me marker that my hips are inline with shoulder..
    Now I started to do it a bit away from the wall .. I had issue with the kick..
    Thanks bro :) I think while kicking I was keeping my legs far.

    Thx bro i been tring so hard for the past several years still could nt achieve it i didn't know what i was missing until i watched ur vedio i could do push up do the yoga pose no problem the thing was i couldnt hold the reverse plank postiion now i know where to work .....what amazed me was the time i could hold a hand stand without walking was equal to the time i could hold the reverse plank.

    Great Job Rajan ,I am also a calisthenics athlete and follow Chris heria from Miami but have to hand it to you for this neat comprehensive explanation of handstand that anybody even from remote village of India will understand and would pull off handstand with your guidance .Explicitly done especially the part where you speak about the frog stand and next getting the form right with core conditioning and avoiding banana handstand .👏👏👏👏

      Can hand stand for one minute with wall but never able to maintain balance without wall.....what shall i do

      @@buffeduplife2507 1. make sure you are holding it with right form ( open shoulders and posterior pelvic tilt.
      2. leanr to use fingers while trying to balance thhe handstand, I have not mentioned the importance of the finger pressing in this vide. So once you feel you are about to fall forward press the finger tips hard on the floor. also maintaon the pyramid grip with hollow fingers ( gap beneath them)

    You are awesome with detail teaching .. I used to do in gymnastics when I Was child.. now I am married & have two kids & time is running fast.. I am making my bucket list I really really want to learn calisthenics..I will start practicing soon I hope so.. I am active dancer & go to gym & can do half 2/3 push ups.

      Backflips and frontflips doesn't include in the sports of Calisthenics. If you wanna learn it you can always search for parkour athletes.
