Great tutorial. (Take this as less of an offence and more of a friendly advice) personally it is still a bit miss leading for others when you say it can be achieved in 4 weeks. For me I took about 7 months to hold a decent straddle planche despite knowing all these info from the internet. This saying of planche within 4 weeks might discourage some people in their planche journey ( including my past self) if they don’t see progress. Progress takes time and it can be in a matter of weeks, months or years as it simply depends on genetics.
You are absolutely right Marcus, I appreciate your comment. As I said in the beginning of the video, this video gives a workout idea and the weeks were great to split the way to the straddle planche in the best way. Me and some friends of mine tried did this routine and it really worked out, but that as you say of course depends on genetics, prerequisites etc. Its obvious that a person with an BMI of 35+ and no sport experience will never learn it in 4 weeks, but the important point for me was the steps, thats why I also didnt mention how often you should train a certain thing, as this is just a too individual thing. I got from zero to advanced tuck in two weeks! Didn't think 🤔 it would happen this soon. I didn't think I'd get my arms straight for the first week ☺️.
Ive got a feeling that your tendons, wrists, muscles wont get use to straddle planche in 4 weeks. Ive been learning 4 months and im just about doing it.
it depends on your age and shape. this is totally possible for a young man, probably longer for a woman (lower body is heavier on women), and the older you are, the longer it will be, and the more you are used to exercise, the shorter it will be. a young, healthy and athletic man can definitely hold the calendar.
I'm the tuck planche section. I've always been able to tuck plance for a couple months now but I didn't realize my form was incorrect. Your form and your advice got me in the right track. Thanks for this advice. For those watching, the key is 'Control'. This will help with your muscle activation.

I am really confident that at least in 90 days (in the summer) i can achieve the straddle planche. I started to train really hard for the handstand and i saw the 90 degree pushup. I know that it is too hard for the summer but i can still work on it by learning the handstand and the straddle planche, i can hold the tuck planche for 10 seconds and a banana handstand for 15 seconds with a wall (i have poor shoulder flexibility). Anyways, loved the video😊. Have been subscribed for a couple of months now.
Thanks for the tutorial man, this has really inspired me. I'm currently at the tuck planche section being able to hold it for about 10 seconds (wrists are having a tough time lol), definitely need to be consistent with the training. I'll give you an update in a month.
@@yoma8893 Yeah man I'm not even close to a full planche lmao, but I've gotta say i was able to fix many mistakes in my tuck planche form, making it much better and now I can definitely hold it for longer than 10 seconds (didn't really measure it but I would say around 20 seconds more than before). Also I haven't been very consistent with training this last month, I tried to work on too many advanced exercises at once and that has hindered my progress in practically all of them. But one thing is certain, i feel stronger and my body has seen a lot of progress muscle-wise. I'll try to give you an update again in another month

You are pretty amazing my friend Victor. I love how you say the straddle planche is not that difficult (and with a straight face). 🤣 🤣 🤣 Maybe after I get the handstand I'll be brave enough to come back to this video. Great instruction. You do make it look easy. 👍🏾 🤪
🤣 yeah I mean it man if learned the right way its really not too difficult 😄😊 thank you so much for your comment and support my friend, it means a lot to me! 🙏😊
Ok let's see fact or cap! I am currently starting week 3 and filming it, so I will put out a video about how far I progressed with the tips from this vid :D
I use weight training exercises like zanetti press, and planche plate raises for shoulder strength thanks for the tutorial I might find a way to finally get the straddle planche now
Please don't see this as an accuse of false information, I am just sceptic as I have been doing frog stand with straight arms for a month now and still am really far away to push my legs up without assistance. My strength level is 13 Max Pull Ups and 25-30 Dips. Do you think this is enough to start and actually complete your program in 30 days? Another thing that is weird for me is that if someone can learn a straddle planche in 30 days why do people still say you need something between 6 month and 2 years to do it? So I guess you need a specific strength level to start your program. So what would you say is an optimum strength level to start your program
Hey man. Yeah you are right good prerequisites should definitely be there to do it in 1 month. This should more represent a workout routine with milestones to achieve, but some friends of mine were successful with this routine 💪🏼 13 pull ups and 25 dips is really good. But you should also do static exercises like handstand and your push up game should be also very good. All in all its difficult to say for you cuz I dont know how you train and what exactly ur level is, but the additional exercercises I present should definitely help you a lot. Best wishes, Viktor
I got hyped by this, best I had was a bad form straddle with resistance band, now I'm more trying to catch up my advanced tuck, I will come back to the basis and see how it goes at the end of the month, I feel pretty confident about this, thanks for great tuto.
@@orlando64000 I've still few more days to have a full 30days, so far I've achieved my most advanced form in straddle journey, I can hold a bend leg straddle, instead of straight legs I have them in L shape with feet pointing up, not sure how it is called, but it's a huge improvement to have legs back as you have to lean way more forward compared to tuck and advanced tuck, and I can hold it which feels awesome, I have a solid straddle form with elastic band now too, a few more weeks and I think it will be done for me, thanks for tuto again btw.
The straddle planche is a really impressive move, and if you follow these steps, you will definitely shorten the time of learning it! Good luck, and don't forget to subscribe for further tutorials 🤸🏻♂️
ok challenge accepted. i will start tomorrow (20.05.21) with tuck planche (so i start with the week 2 exercise) because i can do it for a couple seconds (~3-5s). Lets see where i can get. i will write here some experience so stay tuned :D (and to be honest by writting here i force myself to actually do this challenge so u guys dont think i am a big mouth who doesnt do as he says :D)
Great man! Looking forward to hear about your progress! But I still recommend you start at week 1 and add the variations cuz u will build up much additional strength. But of course up to you!
oh and i wont just do 3 weeks i will do 4 weeks . i start with the tuck planche but i will maybe do around 8 or 9 days with thuck planche so i can do it flawless :D goal is to hold straddel in 4 weeks a few sec
ok now my first update the first 7 days: i did every day around 20-30 minutes of planche workout. Day 1: tuck planche. i focused on holding and not getting wrist injuries Day 2: i could hold tuck planche better but failed to do tuck planche to frog and reverse. Day 3: focusing on holding and felt in the early trys a good advanced tuck planche hold ( i did it like 2 times and then i couldnt do it because of less strength the longer the workout goes) Day 4: i did very little planche workout because i had not alot strength left because of bouldering. Day 5: i rested and did nothing Day 6: i felt like i could hold it a little bit better and was abel to to the exercise "from tuck planche to frog and reverse " a few times. Day 7: didnt do something yet but maybe before i go to sleep. Otherwise i call it a rest day. Conclusion: i did everything controlled. means nothing was "flopsi" its like doing its at a bad shape. i feel like getting more strength in holding the tuck planche, could do the tuck-frog exercise. i will keep doing it till sunday. so at least 3 more days. the next 3 days i will focus on variation exercises like the tuck to frog exercise of the tuck planche push up. but it is really hard to do it controlled.
@@sirrichard9496 thanks for taking your time and sharing ur experience man! Sounds like a good plan. If u can, exceed 30 min and do more reps. Otherwise ur on fire 🔥
I can hold the tuck planche for about 15 seconds, lets see if i can do the straddle in 4 weeks. Needless to say, I'll be back on 1 August 2021 to update :) 10 july edit 1: Ok so i just held an adv tuck planche but with bent knees for about 4 seconds. But my arms werent straight. I might not be able to reach straddle planche but atleast adv tuck planche with straight arms seems possible. :)
This is very nice. I don't care what people said about you but I believe what I seen there. This is great to see your content. It can go worldwide. You can do it.if you have courage.just do it.👍👍👍
I'm really struggling to progress from tuck to advanced tuck planche, I've been stuck on tuck for two weeks now. Does anyone have any tips? Currently I can only get my hips up if I bend my arms and lower my shoulders if that makes sense
Absolutely normal man, this is a tough transition! Try like I explain: go up explosive and tension at the highest point, and dont worry too much about your arms, if they are bent a bit its okay. Also try to lean against a wall in the advanced position and push your legs away from the wall more and more. Add variation as well. Good luck man!
@@wallaceSCFCit’s actually very possible, if u already know what ur doing and already have decent strength, it is impossible with zero experience howecer
4(-5) times a week high intensity should work 💪🏽 but thats a very individual question I think depending on your background also. Include variations with the exercises I show and go to your limits 💪🏼
Yeah the resting time will be short, you are right, but try to vary a lot to engage other muscle groups and do it as less monoton as possible. 5 days personally worked for me and some friends, but for some even 3 dedicated sessions worked. That depends on your background and how used you are to such intensities and motions. High intesity in this case also does mean longer sessions with longer rests in between than shorter workouts until muscle fatique. Dont do this mistakes, take your time and one step at a time 💪🏼

also he's bending his arms...
yep, especially if you have legs
what if you already have the strength but not the skill to do it, you still can't do it in a month?
@@CedWicked It's almost impossible to have the strength to do a straddle planche without training specifically for that.
@@CedWicked no, there isn't a lot of skill involved, just pure strenght and training
Muy bien explicado lo voy a intentar
You are a real superman 💯 I can never do that 🤣
Thank you Bilal ❤ you are best 🙏🏼
If you tell yourself that you will never do it then you will never do it
Your doing great in symplifying this stuff; thanks.
Happy to hear that! 🙏🏼
You explained everything very well man! I am gonna save this video to follow it ltr on. Doing em off the wall is a great idea so lets see how it goes
Thank you so much brother!
Amazing! Tell me then in a comment or via Insta about your progression, would be really interested 🙏🏼

Did you learn?
Thanks for the dope tutorial!!!

Thank you Bro, ich dachte eig dass dus in 3 schaffst, aber ist okay 😄💪🏼
1:03 leg stretcher in the corner. Love that device !
Oh yes! 🤙🏼
Awesome🧡🧡🧡
The best guide how to do a planche ever. Thanks a lot
большое спасибо!
Manage to hold a 20 second tuck planche in 1 month, also can do a 10 second L sit with the same month. Practice 20 mins a day
Insanely good keep going!
gonna try this! see you next month
Great tutorial. I’m on it 💪🏽
Amazing man! Thank you!
I use weight training exercises like zanetti press, and planche plate raises for shoulder strength thanks for the tutorial I might find a way to finally get the straddle planche now
Good luck man! 💪🏼
@@VitalityFitnessScience same goes to you too Man, thanks for the motivation 🔥💪🏻
Please make a Frontlever video!
this might be one of the most awesome video for straddle plache....thank you so much. Great tutorial
Big thank you Sujit! 🙏🏼
This should more represent a workout routine with milestones to achieve, but some friends of mine were successful with this routine 💪🏼
13 pull ups and 25 dips is really good. But you should also do static exercises like handstand and your push up game should be also very good. All in all its difficult to say for you cuz I dont know how you train and what exactly ur level is, but the additional exercercises I present should definitely help you a lot.
Best wishes, Viktor
i love your voice, make me understand your instruction
I got hyped by this, best I had was a bad form straddle with resistance band, now I'm more trying to catch up my advanced tuck, I will come back to the basis and see how it goes at the end of the month, I feel pretty confident about this, thanks for great tuto.
What's your status now? Can you straddle planche properly?
@@orlando64000 I've still few more days to have a full 30days, so far I've achieved my most advanced form in straddle journey, I can hold a bend leg straddle, instead of straight legs I have them in L shape with feet pointing up, not sure how it is called, but it's a huge improvement to have legs back as you have to lean way more forward compared to tuck and advanced tuck, and I can hold it which feels awesome, I have a solid straddle form with elastic band now too, a few more weeks and I think it will be done for me, thanks for tuto again btw.
@@Fakoleon Ayy love to see the progression, best of luck on your journey you got this
Thanks for tutorial, i stuck with tuck planche for 2 months 😂,,, and the wrist pain video helps me very much
Happy to hear that!💪🏼
I'm now at a stage to go advanced tuck. Thanks for the drills. Will try them out. How many reps and how often to train every week?
Brother, how's your planche journey now?
I DID IT,5 SECONDS TUCK PLANCHE,thanks!!
The straddle planche is a really impressive move, and if you follow these steps, you will definitely shorten the time of learning it!
Good luck, and don't forget to subscribe for further tutorials 🤸🏻♂️
How to planche
Step 1 practice
Step 2 follow step 1
Step 3 see results or improvements
Step 4 don't quit 🔥🔥😉😉😎😎
you are a grifter
ok challenge accepted. i will start tomorrow (20.05.21) with tuck planche (so i start with the week 2 exercise) because i can do it for a couple seconds (~3-5s).
@@VitalityFitnessScience yeah ofc you are right. But i am not starting at 0 and did allready the frog. i will report my progress
oh and i wont just do 3 weeks i will do 4 weeks . i start with the tuck planche but i will maybe do around 8 or 9 days with thuck planche so i can do it flawless :D goal is to hold straddel in 4 weeks a few sec
ok now my first update
the first 7 days:
i did every day around 20-30 minutes of planche workout.
Day 1: tuck planche. i focused on holding and not getting wrist injuries
Day 2: i could hold tuck planche better but failed to do tuck planche to frog and reverse.
Day 3: focusing on holding and felt in the early trys a good advanced tuck planche hold ( i did it like 2 times and then i couldnt do it because of less strength the longer the workout goes)
Day 4: i did very little planche workout because i had not alot strength left because of bouldering.
Day 5: i rested and did nothing
Day 6: i felt like i could hold it a little bit better and was abel to to the exercise "from tuck planche to frog and reverse " a few times.
Day 7: didnt do something yet but maybe before i go to sleep. Otherwise i call it a rest day.
Conclusion:
i did everything controlled. means nothing was "flopsi" its like doing its at a bad shape. i feel like getting more strength in holding the tuck planche, could do the tuck-frog exercise. i will keep doing it till sunday. so at least 3 more days. the next 3 days i will focus on variation exercises like the tuck to frog exercise of the tuck planche push up. but it is really hard to do it controlled.
@@sirrichard9496 thanks for taking your time and sharing ur experience man! Sounds like a good plan. If u can, exceed 30 min and do more reps. Otherwise ur on fire 🔥
I am way to tall, so that 30 days is a very unrealistic goal for me unfortunatelly. The exercises you show to build up are very good tho, thank you
One of the best videos i ever seen definitely not for begginers💯💯👏👏💥💥
Thanks man!
I can hold the tuck planche for about 15 seconds, lets see if i can do the straddle in 4 weeks. Needless to say, I'll be back on 1 August 2021 to update :)
10 july edit 1: Ok so i just held an adv tuck planche but with bent knees for about 4 seconds. But my arms werent straight. I might not be able to reach straddle planche but atleast adv tuck planche with straight arms seems possible. :)
Eaaaaaasy man! 15 seconds is a perfect foundation and will help u a lot! Good luck!
I’m currently on my way to straddle planche. Probably will make my progress video in this tough element soon. You are so strong!
Thanks man! Good luck, Im sure you can do it in even less than a month 💪🏽💪🏽
@@VitalityFitnessScience I hope so, thanks!

Thank you for your kind words! Highly appreciate it!
This video was very helpful. Thank you!
Much love bro ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Much love back man !💪🏽
This is my goal for the summer💪💪
I'm really struggling to progress from tuck to advanced tuck planche, I've been stuck on tuck for two weeks now. Does anyone have any tips?
Currently I can only get my hips up if I bend my arms and lower my shoulders if that makes sense
Absolutely normal man, this is a tough transition! Try like I explain: go up explosive and tension at the highest point, and dont worry too much about your arms, if they are bent a bit its okay. Also try to lean against a wall in the advanced position and push your legs away from the wall more and more.
Add variation as well.
Good luck man!
thanks for the video. I will try it.
1 month my brother it is Very Very inpossible
It's actually possible I lerant in one month
@@janetadelakun4950 hahaahaha
@@wallaceSCFCit’s actually very possible, if u already know what ur doing and already have decent strength, it is impossible with zero experience howecer
Bet?
Thanks! Planche in 2022 is one of my goals!
did u do it @rawr4444
Should we do this everyday?
4(-5) times a week high intensity should work 💪🏽 but thats a very individual question I think depending on your background also. Include variations with the exercises I show and go to your limits 💪🏼
@@VitalityFitnessScience wouldn't that leave too little rest between sessions?
Yeah the resting time will be short, you are right, but try to vary a lot to engage other muscle groups and do it as less monoton as possible.
5 days personally worked for me and some friends, but for some even 3 dedicated sessions worked. That depends on your background and how used you are to such intensities and motions.
High intesity in this case also does mean longer sessions with longer rests in between than shorter workouts until muscle fatique. Dont do this mistakes, take your time and one step at a time 💪🏼
Should I cut down on my normal body building routine to focus on this? I can do a tuck planche BTW.
You are doing the frog with straight arms. I# for me, would be with bent arms. 2# would be with straight arms. Thanks for the video.
