For four people, you will need:
450 g of long precuit bamboo shoots
400 ml of Yanang leaves extract
50 g sticky rice
20 g of sesame seeds
2 tablespoons of Padek
1 tablespoon of fish sauce
1 half teaspoon of salt
130 g of shallots
2 lemongrass rods
20 g of Galanga
4 coriander branches
6 lime leaves
40 g Kanyang leaves
4 fresh peppers
2 Thai chives
