    RECIPES:
    **some recipes on Pinterest will list out the macros, which makes it very easy to track. I just found similar recipes already in my fitness pal and tracked them that way!:) Especially with my goals right now, I don't need to tracking to a T, however that's still a greta way to have an idea of what you're eating!**
    Turkey Chili Recipe:

    **add 2 cans diced tomatoes and only 1 crushed if you like your chili thicker**
    White Chicken Chili Recipe:
    -2 lbs Chicken Breast
    -1 onion chopped
    -1 stalk celery
    -1 container chicken broth
    -2 gloves garlic (minced)
    -2 T. Chili Powder
    -1 tsp. Cumin
    -2 T. Lime Juice
    -1 tsp. salt
    -1 can cream of chicken
    -2 cans white beans (drained)
    -1 can white corn (drained)
    -2 cans chopped green chilis
    Cook chicken breast in the pot you're going to cook the chili in with some water or chicken broth (I prefer cooking it in the broth so it has extra flavor). Remove Chicken and cut into pieces once tender. Add chicken back into pot with celery stalk and chopped onions. Add all remaining ingredients w/ more chicken broth if needed (whatever consistency you like).
    Protein Waffles/Pancakes:
    -1 scoop protein powder (can use any but some work way better than others)
    -1 egg or 1 egg white
    -1/2 tsp baking powder
    -***add a little water if needed with the whole egg or add a little extra egg white if needed)

    My nails are like a shade darker than yours! I love chili weather! Already made it once last week and will do it again sometime this week. My son loves veggie straws I buy him 2-4 bags a months. He’s only 16 months and thats his daily snack.

    I loove these kind of full week of eating/full day of eating, they work low key as a reminder for myself that consistency is key! Also, what is "cream of chicken"? it sounds... weird lol

      Irma R. It’s a soup (often by Campbell’s) that is often used as a base for recipes like casseroles, etc. like Cream of Mushroom in green bean casserole! Adds a little creaminess too the chili I’d guess :)

    Hi Kelly love your full week of eatings, was wondering if u can answer a question for me, I've recently went from 87kg to 62kg by eating 1200 calories if not more or less which I realize now how silly it was to do that cause now I'm eating 1500 to 1600 calories and I'm starting to gain weight on that calories 😭Im now at 65kg, Im really confused ause I don't wanna eat less but also dont wanna regain my weight, should also mention I'm a 40 year old female that's 5.6 and I don't do any weight training I'm just doing at home Tae bo excercise that does include resistance bands and I also started to include 5kg dumbells in my workouts, would love some feedback. Sorry for the rant. 🙏😘

      lemon cookie no rice cakes is my fav!
      apply pie in oatmeal
      cinnamon on literally anything is AMAZING!!
      cookie butter and cornbread I literally eat with a spoon lol

    Your workouts are so killer, I can't wait until your guide! It would be really cool if it has some of the unique moves you personally incorporate in training!! A couple of years ago, I realized I wanted to be able to maintain on higher calories, so I've worked towards it an now I'm able to have 2000-2200cal/day without gaining weight, and I'm much shorter than you. I was just wondering, is that not a goal of yours? Seems like it is a goal for many people! Its probably your personal preference but I just find it interesting that most days, you keep your carbs quite low for how muscle-building your workouts are.

      Paveena Callozzo I’ll eventually get back up to me 2200-2500 calories I assume but I’d rather raise them slowly so I feel better and don’t put on a bunch of extra fat:)

      How did you do it? I'm pretty small too and my maintenance calories are low enough that I can't even imagine lowering them to lose some weight. Did you make that increase in your maintenance calories by putting on muscle and/or exercising regularly or how?

      @@samevans1289 basically yes, reverse dieting! I focused on building muscle and not being afraid to eat more to fuel my workouts. Just stayed consistent. It's a slow process but worth it!

      I’ve only tried the vegan peanut butter cookie and love it! And my fave bar is still brownie bar. Both are good but I prefer chocolate. Nut butters:
      Lemon cookie on rice cakes
      Apple pie in oatmeal
      Cinnamon is good on everything especially breads
      Cornbread and cookie butter I legit eat with a a spoon lol
