    RECIPES:
    **some recipes on Pinterest will list out the macros, which makes it very easy to track. I just found similar recipes already in my fitness pal and tracked them that way!:) Especially with my goals right now, I don't need to tracking to a T, however that's still a greta way to have an idea of what you're eating!**
    LifeTime Frozen Mocha Smoothie:
    -1 scoop vanilla whey protein
    -1 scoop Dr. Smoothie mocha java
    -8oz cold brew
    -12ox 1ce
    -.5-1 serving PB
    Spaghetti squash with meat sauce:

    Turkey Chili Recipe:

    **add 2 cans diced tomatoes and only 1 crushed if you like your chili thicker**
    White Chicken Chili Recipe:
    -3-4 lbs Chicken Breast
    -1 onion chopped
    -1 stalk celery
    -1 container chicken broth
    -2 gloves garlic (minced)
    -2 T. Chili Powder
    -1 tsp. Cumin
    -2 T. Lime Juice
    -1 tsp. salt
    -1 can cream of chicken
    -2 cans white beans (drained)
    -1 can white corn (drained)
    -2 cans chopped green chilis
    Cook chicken breast in the pot you're going to cook the chili in with some water or chicken broth (I prefer cooking it in the broth so it has extra flavor). Remove Chicken and cut into pieces once tender. Add chicken back into pot with celery stalk and chopped onions. Add all remaining ingredients w/ more chicken broth if needed (whatever consistency you like).

    -1.5 cups Cashew/Almond milk
    -1 scoop protein powder (can use any but some work way better than others)
    -1/2 tsp Xanthen Gum
    -8 or so ice cubes
    Protein Waffles/Pancakes:
    -1 scoop protein powder (can use any but some work way better than others)
    -1 egg or 1 egg white
    -1/2 tsp baking powder
    -***add a little water if needed with the whole egg or add a little extra egg white if needed)

    I’ve been making your White chicken chili for a while now! Since I saw the recipe forever ago! It’s a staple in our house!! And I’ll be getting the bowmar butters today in the mail! So excited! Love your weekly vlogs! I turn them on in the morning when I’m doing my treadmill or stair master warm up before a work out.

    Love these full week eating video!! Very excited you will be doing them frequently. A suggestion I think would help is putting the time with every meal you show on the screen....it helps understand how frequent you are eating since the video is sped up! 😊

    I love my carbs and my body thrives with them! Yup I agree they don’t show both sides. Flipping the food pyramid upside down it super suspect to me lol....i can’t watch those documentaries, they are too frustrating. I also loved this video!!! 💙

    My undergrad was in agriculture and food science, I stopped watching any food related documentaries a long time ago... Too frustrating! It's amazing what gets repeated over and over until it's just accepted as true.

    Love all your videos!! Thanks for putting out such great content, I always look forward to your videos. Also, you mentioned your hair doesn't hold curls well and I have the same problem. I find my hair holds curls so much better if I don't use conditioner and if I add some mousse when my hair has partially air dried.

    Hi! Sort of an odd question but here I go. I love those salad kits, but man the fat content is heavy. I’m a nurse and I sacrifice the fat content for the convenience of it. I noticed you used a different dressing. I have searched high and low for the macros on just the dressing. Do you happen to know them? Thanks in advance.

    Thank you for addressing these documentaries! They’re so biased! Also, Keto was started to help kids with epilepsy have fewer seizures and has only been studied in men and post-menopausal women. It can help people in those populations, but women in childbearing years usually should NOT follow keto! Anyway, thank you for addressing the bias in these documentaries and using them to think about overall health but not to eliminate full food groups.

      @@katymcgee4254 I used a can of light coconut milk plus nutritional yeast and then a ton of spices to combat the flavor loss of the cream of chicken soup.

      Austin Schild lol that’s the only way we eat all of the food we buy. When we would do one a week we ended up throwing away so much food. Plus it’s literally 4 minutes from out place lol

    i’ve been trying to force myself to eat more and i just can’t without feeling awful. i feel like according to my calories i’m way under eating. does anyone have any suggestions?

      eat more calorie dense foods and/or make a shake with a lot of calories in it. You can add peanut butter, fruits, chia seeds, flax seeds, put some oats or yogurt in there and mix it with milk and protein powder. Whenever you drink your calories it fills you up a lot less.

      What time do you usually eat your first meal? If it’s later in the morning, try eating it earlier, if possible. That way you’re spreading your total calories out over a longer time period.

      Elizabeth Melton I eat a snack before my workout at 6:30. workout 7-8 and then eat breakfast between 8-8:30. if i eat anything too heavy before working out i will get sick. but i eat a calorie dense snack and a very calorie dense breakfast.

      It's the calorie total at that point in the day, including all meals not just the one she just ate.

      I was wondering the same thing. Since you never use the yolks, just buy egg whites. Saves a lot of hassle.

    Ughhhhh Keto diet was developed for kids with epilepsy and that's IT. It was never meant as a weight loss tool! Game changers is a good documentary only to make you aware of the environmental/ethical impact of eating meat. Like you said, do your own research! These documentaries wind me up almost as much as the ones about flat-earthers haha

    If we keep watching those documentaries, we will all starve! No one plan is right for everyone no matter who thinks it’s true. Honestly, the beauty of our world comes from the variety in which we live and how we are, including our food habits. For example, I love that some people are vegans because it has pushed our meat processors to have better practices. However, if everyone was vegan, we would be sleeping with deer. Just sayin’ 😊
