    your relationship with food is the relationship i strive to have. i’m struggling with food guilt and restricting eating that’s leading to binges and you are inspiring me to try to live a more balanced lifestyle and not be afraid of food

    I loved this video! It shows that yeah you do eat the same things almost every day but that’s because it’s the nutrition tailored to you and what you like.💛 I love how you’re not doing all of these fancy and extra meals just for it to look good. It’s really easy to tell when someone is being real or not and I loved that I saw how genuine and honest you are! Thanks for a great video🥰❤️❤️

    I know this is an old video but thought I'd ask! what are your thoughts on alcohol and cutting? I know its not ideal but you said you focus on balance, Red wine is my weakness lol

    When cutting, do you allow yourself to eat the macros you burn during your workouts? Or do you eat the same macros you eat every day no matter your workout?

      bre feiler eat the same macros because my daily activity is figured into my TDEE and my deficit is created off of that

      I like it best when it's broiled so depending on the size the timing is different of course, but I generally broil it for 10-12 minutes on each side!:)
