It can be cut about 3-5mm, but it is very easy to burn black, which affects the cutting efficiency. But our next generation products can solve this problem.

1.Sculpfun 10W laser can sculpt stainless steel without hacking（9mm/S，100%） 2.If the parameters are accurate, it is enough to spray only a layer of black paint 3.th-cam.com/video/TJ8j2Bbnm6I/w-d-xo.html Spray a layer of black paint evenly. Then refer to this video, use the gradient test picture, set the width at least 100mm. The paint is easy to sculpt, so the speed can be faster, and the power is not need too high. You can test the accurate parameters yourself.

what is the setting to cut 6mm mdf?
6mm MDF is hard for 5W laser, you can try SCULPFUN S10 laser

she can't , need to use CO2 laser. Diode laser is good at cutting wood or black acrylic.

What speed do you often use with XTool?
On a Stainless Steel pendant: Power = 100%; Speed = 3mm/s; Pass = 1 (directly, without any paint).
On acrylic, I haven't tested it yet.
