    Heloo sunny pha ji....eh 2nd calorie chart sahi calculation nhi a tuadi
    Protein-100 gm*4=400
    sugar-50 gm*4.2=210(420 nai hai ye...aap ne kha 420 vdo mai)
    sugar-50*9=450
    carb-200gm*4=800
    Total calories=1860(aap ne kha 2070 vdo mai)
    Ho sakta hai by mistaken ho gya hove par ae proper 2000 calorie da chart nai hega....tnq 😊

    Best way to explain. I watched it again n again now digested.
    One qts is there... if we are not taking our balanced diet but total calories are in place... what happens then?
    For Example.. protien p/day requirement is 160, carbs required 300 and fats required is 60
    What if i take 180 protien, 150 carbs and 50 fats... and might also be completing total calories... what will happen to me in this case where total calories may or may not as per requirement but protien, fats and carbs are quite upset... as per above example

    50gm fat=50*9=450
    200gm carbs=200*4=800
    Total =1860 calories bhai tussi wrong calculate Kiya just informed to you bhai waise to this is example ok

    BRAKE FAST :- 11am
    drink 1 glass of warm water with empty stomach before brakefast
    2 crossent with tea 🍵 OR some time corn flakes with milk 🥛
    LUNCH :- 3pm
    Cooked brown rice with chicken 🐔 OR some time 1 chapati with chicken grabi
    1 cup of tea 🍵 as well.
    Dinner :- 10:30pm
    2 Crossent with tea 🍵
    1 apple 🍎 1 🍐
    Or some bolied rice 🍚 with sald
    Thats it
    Plz suggest me which I need to take it and which one its need to be sack from my food

    My target is :-

    But weight should be around
    80- 83 kilos not more then that ...

    Now tell which food will give this 100gm protein, 200gm of carb & where All guidelines are asking to avoid sugar you are suggesting to much sugar
    A policeman cannot to a doctors task
    A gym trainer cannot suggest diet in form of accurate calculation which is a nutritionist job
    Same way a nutritionist cannot suggest right form & technique of exercise as a gym trainer can do
    All profession are different kindly do not confuse public

    Great Information. I have question.I am doing shoulder and chest workout.I just to share some information about my dumble weight (Normally i am using 20 to 30KG). Now problem is my belly is big.I need to reduce my belly fat. What you suggest me about calories.If Im taking large number of calories which is good for my chest & shoulder workout. But for my belly fat I think not good. WHat you SUGGEST me.

    Fat 1gm = 9.0 Cal
    Protein 1gm = 4.0 Cal
    Carbs 1gm = 4.0 Cal
    Sugar 1gm = 4.2 Cal
    -----------------------------------------
    050gms Fats = 450 Cal
    100gm Protein = 400 Cal
    200gm Carbs = 800 Cal
    50gms Sugar = 210 Cal
    -----------------------------------------
    Total = 1860 Calories (not 2070)
    I think u meant 100gms of Sugar not 50gms
