Exercise करो.
या तो calories कम करे या exercise से calories burn kare. या thoda थोड़ा दोनों करो.
दिन में 200-300 या 400 calories burn कर सकते हैं या तो exercises से या खाना कम कर के या दोनों से.

आपने calories ज्यादा कम किया होगा.
थोड़ा calculate करें.
बिना oil खाया है तो ज्यादा calories कम हुआ है इसलिए एक बार normal खाना खाए.
या कुछ healthy खाना dry fruits, थोड़ा ghee 1 से 1+1/2 chammach ले सकते है 125 calories होता है एक chammach मे.
भूक लगे तो कुछ खा सकते हैं makhana या जो भी पसंद है.
