  • I'm so excited for you to try this quick-step aerobics workout with 3 heart-pumping sweaty sections. I've included some of my favorite moves like figure eight, grapevine, knee, side leg, ham repeater, and more! Focus on the lower body with toning and strength-building moves. I've also included a few optional higher intensity power bursts to help burn more calories in a shorter amount of time. It's easy to follow, and super effective for those wishing to gain strength, endurance, and burn a lot of calories.
    I believe anyone can step, and created this workout with many options. Follow the moves that work for you and your goals.
    Warm-up is wrapped into the main workout, then boost metabolism, shape your lower body (butt and thighs), build lean muscle, and get nice and sweaty all while having fun. You can join in on the power bursts or keep it low impact. (Modified options are cued throughout the entire workout.)
    This workout was filmed at 126 bpm. I used a simple beat track in the background in case you want to play your own favorite music as we step together.

    Such a great, fun step workout for busy days. I felt my energy boosted as I went through the combos. And you're right - it went too fast, so I went back and did the last part one more time.

    That was a fun one! Absolutely love the quick combos: I can do one if time is short or combine a couple and get different workouts. Love the figure eights, grapevines, split basics, and variety in this one. Your creativity with the step is amazing! Keep 'em coming!

    Hi Jenny, on your website you asked your participants about their "why?" My "why" was: I was overweight and therefore had high blood pressure, and nothing helped first. Then l discovered your exercises on Amazon Prime and youtube, and I've been practising for 3 months now, and, guess what? My blood pressure went down and I' ve already lost 5 kilos. I' m so happy and feel much healthier already. Many thanks for that!!😊😊😊

    I did step when I was in my 20s and loved it. As a mom of 2 young boys, wife, and teacher I don't have time to get out to exercise. These short work outs fit in to my schedule and all I need to do is move the Legos, trains, and cars aside to make room me! I was wondering if you would consider making a short extra warm up and stretch video, and a short extra cool down with extra/ every possible stretch video. I was injured in a MVA 12 years ago and always seem to need more stretching and warm up. My main goal in doing step is to improve my range of motion, more stamina is an added bonus.

    Second time doing this video (yesterday and today): I was trying to figure out the technicalities of why I love this one and the two vertical step ones. I think what makes them fun (time flies!)--while still challenging--comes down to three things: the variety of quickly changing moves (my brain is fit now too, lol) that are easy to do with your queuing, the liveliness of it (my heart rate is bam-bam-bam good!), and of course, your supportive comments.

    This fit in with my time constraints today and I’m getting fitter! This wasn’t very hard at all today! Added in a few minutes of extra steps in the end. Loved this tho!

    I really enjoy these quick, intense workouts! My only suggestion, and it's a nit-picky one, is that I would like it better if the aerobic bit lasted a full 20 minutes, before the stretches start. Of course, I'm not the one trying to time these things!! =D Thanks for continuing to make great workouts; I've said it before, but I owe a 10 pound loss this year to your step workouts!

      Gypsi Bates that's fantastic! Congrats to you! I love ❤️ that so much. Great suggestion as well. Without boring you with technical issues too much, my camera cuts off automatically at 20 min. I try to do these quick workouts in one take and from the time I hit record, synch the music, get set up, etc it only gives me about 18 min to record. (Maybe more info than you were hoping for lol 😂) I'll definitely do longer workouts again sometime, so don't worry. 😉

    Lots of fun, but this was over much too quickly. I really enjoy your workouts - fun moves, great cuing, etc. May I give constructive feedback, too? I would suggest limited the times you say the sound "ewwww." (Not sure how to best spell that.) Thanks for your great channel!

    Call an ambulance because I think I was murdered! This was so fun! :) Amazing workout today! Wanted to workout but not for a long time and this fit the bill. Loved learning more stuff. Found it a little complicated since I’m still new. :) Loved this! Covered in sweat.
