  • Try the shortened version for Statue of Liberty Coast to Coast Step Workout which is a part of our Coast to Coast Step Series, not for beginners. This shortened version includes the warm-up, section 1, and the cool down.
    Description: The full 47-minute version starts with a warm-up combo, with 4 ham curl repeaters, leg back, and side legs followed by quick stretches. Combo 1 starts with two stomp repeaters, over the top with a straddle and fun arm variations, and march around the bench. Combo 2 is more athletic with kicks corner corner, basics, and running basics. Combo 3 has L-steps, legs back or scissor over, and tap off each end. Combo 4 starts with a knee run repeater, disco V-steps, ham hop hold, and side leg hold. Once we've learned all the combos, we'll put them all back to back. End with a fun combo cool-down and some stretches.

    I already purchased the whole package with the long versions, but I'm always happy for these short one's, which are a good idea, if there's not so much time left. Thanks again. 😊👍I did this exercise in the late evening, as here in Germany and all over Europe the heat wave is still going on! It's nearly desert-like ! 🏜

    Thank you so much for always being there for me! I kind of lost myself this past year. I’ve let myself relapse into a very unhealthy lifestyle. I work in a middle school, and my goal was to get back into my good routine of working out and eating healthy again on the very first day of summer vacation, and that’s exactly what I’ve done. Today is almost week number two and I’m finally able to finish this from beginning to end without stopping or feeling like I’m dying!!!! I’m so excited! Just texted my husband at work to share this exciting news!😂 you’re always my favorite and although, I haven’t been consistent lately, your workouts are helping me to succeed in my new healthy lifestyle!     Jenny Hello ~ !!
    It is Korean who greeted recently.
    Recently, my dog who have been together for 14 years died.
    It make me feel very depressing and so sad. ㅠㅠ
    become lethargic.
    but, I am trying to overcome your exercises.
    Your energetic and positive energy gives power.
    This exercise is fun and I get a lot of sweat.
    Korea is suffering from a heat wave for almost a month.
    everyday so hot, but I try to workout.
    I lost 12kg for two months thanks to your workouts.
    I'm very very grateful. i love your workouts ♡
    Oh, and it's a very embarrassing question.
    The sportswear is so cool and look comfortable. I like it so much !! my style :)
    Can I ask brand? ^^ ;;
    If i exercise in such a beautiful sportswear, I think exercise will be better :D

      꿈꾸는소녀 몽 I love and appreciate your workouts! I have many of them on my TH-cam playlist. The clock in the Statue of Liberty suddenly jumped from 34% to 94%. Very curious. I guess time flies when you’re having fun!!

    Great workout but why wouldn’t you teach tapless step? Tapping is very dated.

      Great question. In my teaching experience tapless Step is for the much more advanced step participant. My goal is to progress participants from very very beginner step to eventually advanced step, one step at a time. 😊 I have step workouts available from beginner to advanced where participants graduate to tapless more throughout the workout. Hope that answers your question.
