I think we would need to see lending cease up like it did in 2008 or unemployment to be decimated for a bubble to burst big enough to wipe out the new neighborhoods. TBD. What makes you believe we are in a bubble

There is. A Walmart is planned near Seaire and Bayside Church along with restaurants, a hotel and multi-family houseing.
