@JoshuaSellsTampa yes if you want a nail salon and publix. To get to beach it's a trek, forget Sarasota I75 south is a nightmare!

The HOA is low. It roughly $5 a month. Do you know what a CDD is? The CDD is almost $200 a month.

The location is choice on these, but the yards are small especially for the ranch floor plans. What other area are you interested in? I can help you find a property on a larger lot. The two story foot-prints are smaller leaving more space for yard.

Believe it or not, insurance is very low and inexpensive on new construction homes. That's one of the benefits of buying a home that is up to date with state-of-the-art building-code. Top that off with a brand-new roof, property insurance is $1,200-$1,400 a year.

Regarding utilities? Yes. Is gas a must have for you? Can I email you new construction homes that come with gas?

This home actually went under contract. The builder does have some new homes going up at the same price and are actually larger. The builder is building in Parrish and the homes are being built with gas. Will Parrish work for you?

That is the model home. It's not for sale. Probably $100k more if it were for sale.
