The HOA is low. It roughly $5 a month. Do you know what a CDD is? The CDD is almost $200 a month.
This place looks like suburbia hell. It looks like excessively long trips to stores, work, etc.
And excuse to boost the bmw 😏 so distant isn’t a problem
