I have an interest in LWR but I would not touch anything there until there is more clarity to where this economy is headed over the next 2 years. Prices and associated expenses are just too high to risk it.

There are other builders that offer various villa floorplans that are not on this comparison video & I’m happy to get that information to you if you’d like to email or call. Lots of choices! 😊
Pretty Much. Like not beside houses or anything 😉, but on commercial property that is on the Main Street called Moccasin Wallow Rd. Many kids/parents walk or bike to school & the cool kids get rides in their golf carts👏🏼👏🏼😊
