I love Lakewood ranch was looking at waterside Lakehouse Cove. The houses are beautiful but you cannot get a house with land included and the land premium is 400K that's crazy the home starts at 900K plus 400K for land and that is not including structural changes and decorator options. I'm going to look at Parrish or Tampa. Even the cheaper homes you will be charge more for homes and options because it's LWR.
Very interested in Parrish as it is growing fast and you may be right in saying it will be the next Northwood Ranch. I am specifically looking for larger 80 ft wide and beyond lots. Do not want or like the 5-10 foot spacing between homes. Would you happen which community offers such products? Also has to be 3,300-4,000 sqft. Thank you

1/2 hour drive on Cortez Road or Manatee Ave! No way! Bumper to bumper traffic before the coastal bridges! Say about 1 hour from the bridge to the beach.

Do they have a town center? Lakewood Ranch has two.
Parrish has a downtown, but it’s no where near what you have in LWR yet. North River Ranch is creating their own.

Why do Florida developers always build near the lakes or create lakes near the homes? Does anyone not want to live next to reptiles?

How about schools? Isn't it to many families for the current schools that are there?
The schools are defiantly growing. None of my clients have had issues getting their kids into schools or have complained about class sizes.
