Woodcreek community off of State road 56 is another one in Wesley chapel. With 2-car & 3-car SF homes ranging from about 480k - 600k and Villas for 360k. Note that It’s the only new community within the Wesley Chapel school zone.
I really hate when people say higher quality of resident as if being less financially capable, and different than the elite makes people less worthy and valuable. Very bad terms to use when discussing people. The reason society is the way it is with “the haves and the have nots” is due to this belief system that many people especially Americans practice. Very sad and disturbing and explains the amount of disparity. I thank God for his word and education on being humane, and just. How about instead of having ideals and trying to fit into a lifestyle, practice gratitude, and thankfulness instead.
@@Mr.Saltwater It’s all relative. I grew up in N.Y. where traffic was horrendous. However, in Tampa the traffic has gotten worse every year but NOT as bad as the major cities.
Mirada isn't san antonio. It's a nightmare that has destroyed the small town charm that san antonio had. Anyways if you move there definitely go to pancho villas, it has great food.
Juan, you are so right on location. I struggle with the house I want or location I would like to live in. I always hear… location, location, location. It’s a tough call. Thanks for providing some info on each area.
None of your videos ever seem to talk about Temple terrace or New Tampa. Really none of them talk about any of the USF area. You'd imagine you'd probably get some pretty good views especially parents looking to send their kids to that school.
Do not move to Wesley Chapel. They are making massive investments in building homes here and the infrastructure cannot keep up. Schools are full, the roads are full, the whole town is full
No longer a retirement state. Believe me when I say it only runs on greed. The idea of safety for the residents is a pipe dream. It has become very expensive to live in Florida ever since all those remote workers from the Northeast came to town.

4:56 there's one thing that you should be aware of if you've never lived in Florida or in the Tampa area, you will never be lacking trees.

Great video!
Thank you!
What are the HOA fees in these communities with the lagoons like Marada? I’m scared to find out lol.
It depends on the neighborhood. Most are around $120 a/mo. Some include cable and crazy fast internet.
Many of the areas you’re discussing have huge traffic problems.
I moved here from Houston. Tell me more about traffic problems. Just Kidding. But when you have a freeway 22 lanes wide let me know.

Hi Juan, what is the sinkhole situation in the Tampa area. Is it really prevalent or just in select areas?
Present for sure. Prevalent, not that i've been exploded to.

You’re welcome. I’m glad it helped lend perspective.

Do all these communities have HOA fees?
Almost all of them do.
@@trulivingtampa thank you
My Clearwater neighborhood doesn't
@@Mr.Saltwater this is where I need to go!!
No mention of Riverview?
Nice area. It’s not in my Top 5.

Do they speak English there
No, no one speaks English there…
We only speak Slavic languages here...
Oh!! No Lithia... I'm excited about the outdoors stuff of Lithia.
I could only pick 5 and you know I’m a beach baby. 🌴
@@trulivingtampa This is very true, I do know. I love the beach myself, I can't wait to be 90 mins from those gorgeous beaches!
