Love your workout videos can you incorporate letting us know about form, what muscles are being used etc during the workout. Basically talk to us more in not tired of hearing you and want to get educated as well as fit. ❤️❤️
10-30 I need to get this under control 😮💨😮💨 I want to be healthier and take care of the temple God has given me. 2 years clean from Alcohol so now I need to focus on my next temptations. Laziness and Overeating. I can't use Hormonal imbalances as my only excuse. Just because it isn't easy to loose weight doesn't mean I can't stay active. 180lb goal of 160lb by next year. It may not happen overnight, and it may not happen by next year. But if I'm not trying what's the point of having the goal❤❤🎉
Okay...I will be starting Thursday 10/31/24. That allows me time to prep e.g. buy kettlebell and healthy food. However, I will start walking today. At the track now to walk 3 miles. I'll see you all at the finish line!!! 🎉🎉🎉
I wanna be realistic I’m mad lazy I know how to start a challenge and then quit. I know constantly is key I started drinking little over 2 liters of water the last 2 days and lost 2 lbs so yea looks like I’m trying I really need to let go of junk snacks too. I’m going to start November 1st
Be patient with yourself. Take it one day at a time consistently pray over it. Stop and restart as much as possible. I know what really worked for me was I started to write my goals down and look at them daily.. it’s all about our mindset and the conversation we choose to have with ourselves
