I started today 07/01/24. I completed the slim waist pretty face challenge and the 10 week fupa elimination. I started at 196 and I'm down to 180. My goal is 135-140 range . Thank you B.Palmer because your workouts challenge me. I'm staying consistent and motivated. I have typec2 diabetes and neuropathy in my foot and I am trying to reverse it. I can do it. I got this because God got me.
I just started today. It's been a struggle. I have PCOS and extremely difficult to lose weight so I'm committed to doing this everyday. Thank you for everything you do for people. We really do appreciate you.

I am 10 months postpartum and I currently do some of these work outs. I just found this video so I will definitely try. I do believe it works because with only some of these work outs I have seen it helped me after pregnancy.
Excellent routine ! Short but intense ! I was already eating good and doing weight lifting at home but my mid-section's fat was still not decreasing. I started august 26, did for 12 days today being the last (but I'll keep doing it.) And my mid-section is now flat, still fat but not bulging anymore. Thank you 🤗

So happy am halfway through day 7 today super proud of me I actually completed all my step two different days Happy for that it keeps me now awhere of my steps for the first time . just this little time I can feel a difference check back at the end

It's been about 2 weeks since I did anything. I restarted this training. My legs felt heavy and tired so I took my time. I'll start walking again 4 lapse around the neighborhood. Will t uh run in my nike app to check my miles. Thank you
Okis i accept the challenge gonna do it for 14days and let you know after wards Starting it from today Sorry i had fever couldnt work for a week i m back starting it again Day 1 done ( i feel a great burn but i didnt stop in between for extra breaks i finished it in a go yayy) Day 2 done (I could feel burn in my inner thighs thighs and lower belly pooch but I decided not to stop I did it and completed it) You got it girlies you can do it Day 3 done (definitely feeling hell lot of burn but i did it in one go) Day 4 done (my legs were burning as hell but i did it in one go feels great I definitely do feel a lil difference very minute but i feel it surely) I took a rest day yesterday Day 5 done (feels great as always... I loved it) Day 6 doneee (yayyy feels good and I can surely see some tini differencr) I took a rest day Day 7 doneee Sorry another rest day Day 8 done (I feel great I will be more consistent now) Day 9 done (i felt tired for some reason so i just pushed myslf thru it and i skipped the last marches too)
Love it! A suggestion I want to make is choosing an extended workout track that’s not restarting mid-move.. it’s distracting once I get in the groove of things

I am honestly on workout video overload. There are just sooo many everyday of so many different exercises. I need a follow along workout video with dumbbells that I can do at home, like compound exercises. More bang for my buck, if you will. 😂 I never really start anything, because I don't really know what to start. I need fat loss and how to tone my muscles. I am a old, fat beginner
I'm vegan. I don't eat anything that comes from any animal or bug or anything that is cooked in or with any animal or bug. My protein and calcium levels are prefect. Will this challenge help me to tone up?
