@brandon- do you have longer workouts. My goal is an hour per day . Or should I just increase reps on a workout like this. 41 year old male , in much better shape than I used to be. Looking for gains , fat loss and to build endurance . Reduce the mid section more

Hello from sunny Australia. I am 54 and just starting my weights journey. I tried a few sessions on you tube and then came across you Brandon. You are my man! Just finished day 2, after walking 5km, so getting the miles in as you say. I find the lateral raises really hard! Some exercises I can use 7.5kg dumbbell, some 5kg but the lateral raises only 3kg! Thanks for sharing your time and energy with me. Will be sticking with you on this journey! Cheers Sharron
