Cant do pullups? Try doing assisted pullups with a gravity assisted machine, resistance bands, or a partner holding your legs. Work your way up to doing negatives only. Eventually youll get a bodyweight pullup. Work on your intensity and youll get the reps/volume in time

Cant do pullups? *do 3-5 sets of 20 reps of rowing and shoulder raising a dumbbell, meaning your lats, which is probably the biggest driver in pullups, will get 0 work.
