For those of us with allllll the goals and aspirations... here's some unsolicited advice, if I may offer some: *Not every mountain is worth the climb.* Could be time to delegate tasks, delay the goal, do the damn thing, or drop it entirely. Good luck 🤝
I am in a bit of a similar situation and one of my goals was to have weekly resets / check-ins. I started adding a lot of other small weekly things I want to do into the list of what’s included in the reset, hoping that this one habit could integrate a lot of the other tasks. Yet to see how it works but it might!
Great Video Clark I personally already know what I want to do and become the obstacle is I need help and I am not sure where to get it ? I have a YT channel not the one I am commenting with here . Growing that channel , getting email subscribers and building lead magnets and a main product is my current obstacle !!

The BEST way to know what you don’t want is to read the chapter “The Monday Story” in the book “Unscripted” by MJ DeMarco. That chapter scared the shit out of me and created what Dan Koe calls, “The Anti Vision”
Basically write the things you want down, write the things you don’t want down Doing that will help you to see the bigger picture of your life then you’ll get to decide what you want and don’t want That’s how you design your life… kinda like self talk
To add, make a list of things that motivated you previously, even if it’s negative. If you are doing anything, like (watching this youtube video) you are seeking something. Maybe to escape pain like boredom, or to gain something, like wisdom. Write down things that you do daily, and note a positive reason you do it, and/or a negative reason. For example, eating junk food. Positive: It tastes great Negative: I’m eating to distract myself
