Discipline isn't just something that you build, it's something you maintain with habits. Discipline gives us the very ingredients needed to achieve great things and patience is a big part of that. Don’t practice what you don’t want to become, know this and live by it. A person without discipline is a person full of reactions, rather than a person of good actions.

I think just creating habits is underrated because when you are just like a robot going thru your daily routine, there’s almost no struggle or negative for-thought about the chore or daily task, exercise whatever it may be. You hear your alarm, get up and just go. It’s a habit.

Caffeine helps me focus -ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder); however, it affects the quality of sleep, so i generally drink coffee in morning only.. Andrew shared, in another lecture, that waiting 45 min. before coffee is advisable.

Twice in my adult life I have abstained from coffee after a bout with flu. One time it lasted for 6 months. Very curious of others have experienced this as well. It wasn't a conscious effort it just never sounded good to me after being ill
Anger works for me and sometimes the hardened heart cracks open and I do it out of love untill anger eventually comes back so .... when you've lived unreal suffering and caused enough of it your self but decide to turn your life around and achive freedom but yet the suffering keeps coming it's very easy to feel bad for yourself and fall into depression.
