    I think this is a good and quite challenging routine. I'd say there are quite a few intermediate poses which needs mentioning at the beginning. Your count downs during movements are a bit uneven also.

    Hello Preeti🌹, I think what you have uploaded till date are much enough for being at peace and having a flexible body. Now to see results we need to practice these videos daily for an hr without fail💪. But new videos give new spirit, so always looking forward to see YOU in new videos💕.     Ma'am from August I'm doing weight lose series and pcod sequence weekly twice I lost 2kgs and my periods are regular, these many days I was getting period but their was no blood flow as normal after following your every yoga sequence I'm getting normal 🥺🙏🏻tqsm ma'am❤ 🙇🏻‍♀️
