      I have also endometriosis and i am doing yoga for almost 6mos now. It really helps a lot less pain when i have period. Still doing praying and waiting patiently to have a child. Praying for all of us🙏🙏

    Dear Sir,
    Word of thanks is not enough, I am surprised that after nearly 2 years finally I got my period normally without using medicine. 🎉
    I followed your yoga session especially part 3 and part 2 regularly everyday for 6months. Maybe I not performed for many hours maybe for half hours at the same minutes as you did, but I avoid missing it.
    I would like to have advice for those who are suffering from PCOS:
    1. Regular yoga for PCOS (I follow this channel and was really useful for me, it ups to you which channel you use, I just shared my experience)
    2. Walking everyday for some hours
    3. Changing in diet and avoiding using oily foods, Junk foods and chocolates
    4. Trust to God and praying
    Note: never stop using medicines for your period till it comes normally even if you are doing yoga, because if you stop and not have your period for more than some months maybe it causes endometrial cancer.

      @@rameeshanouman3331 actually it is hormonal contraceptive medicine for my period. After 3 months I am using for getting my period. Actually when I am getting lazy to do Yoga or other related activity again I am not getting normally my period so I have to go to my doctor and take medicine. Also it is important to say that PCOS is syndrome means not permanent cure but only control.

    Sir i am doing these exercises to cure unexplained infertility issues but i am weak in stretches and hard exercises i suffer from body pain if i try to follow fully and also fail to do so
    Please suggest some easy exercises for concieving fast
    Exercises like chaki head stand and likewise are so difficult to do
    Also suggest if having any kind of ghr ka bna hoa khana good enough or i have to follow your strict diet video also
    I am defficient of vitamin d3 so have to take milk or dairy products i add haldee cinnamon honey almond oil and black pepper in milk to make it effective for pcos
    In some of my reports there is an issue of pcos but mostly reports tells that its not the major issue i am not able to find real cause of infertility and a missed carriage
    Now i am also doing seed cycling and little medication

I started practicing yoga from last month, but when I do sarvangasan and criss cross my legs start shivering/vibrating.I don't know why this is happening sir ? Please give your advice and suggestion, so that I can improve this issue.

    Thank you so much guru. After 3rd day of doing these exercises i had few bleeding, i thought it was periods but the bleeding occus very less. Its been 3 days continuously i have few bleeding but its not like period. So I'm still doing these exercises.

      When you stimulate Pelvic area through exercises n with good care of diet, it helps dissolving the Cysts, one needs to be disciplined to come out of the problem, have seen many coming out of this problem with Yoga n diet
